One of the bedrooms leads to a small terrace with great sea views. There are air conditioning units in the living room, eat-in kitchen and hallway on the first floor. The house has WiFi. The absolute highlight of the house is the outdoor area with a large 13.5mX5m pool and great covered, glazed terrace. Perfect to celebrate barbecues! Large dining table, with a cozy pallet sofa and a small grill house. You also have a fourth bathroom with a shower right by the pool. At the entrance to the finca there are covered parking spaces and 4 bicycles that you can use at any time!
