Scharbeutz is the ideal place to enjoy the most valuable time of the year. The fine sandy beach offers ideal bathing conditions for young and old. Long walks on the beach, bike tours or inline skating on the newly designed promenade, but also ideal sports conditions for water skiing, surfing, sailing and diving. The newly designed promenade with numerous cafés, such as the Café Important, numerous restaurants, the well-known Gosch Sylt and shops and viewing points in the middle of the dune landscape invite you to stroll or enjoy a relaxing stay.

Our exclusive holiday apartment "Ostseezauber 1" is located directly on the fine sandy Scharbeutzer beach with direct beach access. Ideal for small children as the beach slopes gently into the water.
The center with shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Our completely renovated in December 2018 and equipped with new furniture non-smoking apartment for up to 6 people (maximum occupancy 4 adults) offers 2 bedrooms, a children's room, living room, kitchen and shower room.

The bright living room is equipped with a large sofa area, dining table with chairs and two dressers with 124 cm flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. There is also a selection of DVDs, books and board games available in the apartment.

The apartment also has 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has 2 single beds incl. Bedside table, flat screen TV, valet and built-in wardrobe. Lateral sea view.
The second bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and flat screen TV.
The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed, chest of drawers, small sofa (can also be used as a cot), children's play kitchen and toys.

The large, newly built-in kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle and toaster as well as a fridge with freezer compartment and sufficient dishes and glasses.

The new bathroom is equipped with a round shower, vanity with base cabinet, mirror cabinet, washing machine and toilet. Hair dryer and cosmetic mirror. Lateral sea view. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board.

A parking space is located directly at the house.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed with us.
