Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue possibility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. 3-leg for kettle goulash fireplace.

Leányfalu. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. Escape-proof for dogs. Fence height to the street 2 metres. The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (Girls’ Village), 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
