After spending an afternoon on the water, come back to spread out in the living room to stream a show on the large TV. The full kitchen includes a full suite of appliances and ample counter space to help you prepare a delicious meal each evening. Dine at the dining room table while the kids swing their feet from the three breakfast bar stools. Of course, there's nothing like an alfresco meal, so be sure to take a few out to the furnished deck while enjoying superb water views and the fresh air.

When evening falls, you can use the telescope to check out your favorite star constellations before settling into one of the well-appointed bedrooms for a good night's rest. The private washer/dryer keeps chore time at bay, whereas the free WiFi makes it easy to post your favorite memories to social media. There are 2 bikes available for use, 1 surfboard with 1 men's large wetsuit and 1 Playstation 4 with VR headset for entertainment. Our home has plenty of indoor entertainment, even for your winter stays.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.The wood stove is inoperable at this time.Please note - we do consider this a two bedroom home but the second bedroom with the twin/double bunk bed is in the upstairs open loft with a private bathroom. Home is now Dog friendly.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
