Originally from KS, I am a Florida transplant and absolutely love it. I couldn’t take the cold anymore!! I have been married to my husband, Diego, for almost 4 years and we have the sweetest 2 year old son. Together we really enjoy the beach, our family, friends and experiences. I feel so incredibly lucky to be doing this. I’ve always dreamed of owning a hotel or a bed and breakfast and VRBO made that happen for me. If we aren't staying in one of our two homes, we are traveling the world. I’m a HUGE foodie and love trying all of the new spots I can (if you try something you love during your stay, TELL ME). I’m part of Yelp Elite as a side hobby. I played golf in college and still very much enjoy playing whenever I can. I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist and work 100% remote. It seriously feels like all of my dreams have already come true. Thank you for being here and for trusting me as your host. I hope I can make this Fort Myers experience amazing for you!!

The name Casa De Los Sueños (House of Dreams) organically came to mind as I was making this listing. It's always been our dream to own a home in FL and live there full time. The moment we walked through our front door for the first time, I just knew we had arrived. We did it. I hope you are inspired to dream big at our tropical escape sitting on the Lanai drinking your morning coffee. We have family in Fort Myers and we have visited countless times, only to be very sad when we had to say goodbye. Diego comes from a South American family and there style is very laid back and family centered. We fully expect memories to be made grilling out and watching soccer on the Lanai or hosting gatherings in our spacious kitchen. We want this home to be all about making lifelong memories for you and our family. I don't think there's anything quite like dipping your toes in the water, a$$ in the sand and not having a worry in the world and a cold beer in hand. Remember life is good and we hope our home serves as one of those reminders.
San Carlos Park is a perfect location for shopping (Miromar Outlets, 9 minutes & Coconut Point, 12 minutes), Events (JetBlue Park, 14 minutes & Hertz Arena, 10 minutes), Golfing (private and public courses close by), Heading to nearby beaches (within 25-45 minutes for 3-5 different beaches), Restaurants, Downtown Fort Myers (20 minutes), Grocery stores (Costco and Aldi being my fav), FGCU (8 minutes), Naples and Cape Coral (each 35 minutes) and the Airport (10 minutes). It's very peaceful with not a lot of traffic.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
When we were looking for homes in FL, we decided to buy in the most competitive market so we feel extremely blessed that we got everything we wanted. We have a fully equipped Bungalow with a 2 car garage (fully accessible to guests), a glamorous master suite with a gorgeous new bathroom and walk-in closet, a spacious kitchen where the whole family can cook together, free streaming services on the living room TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Peacock - Yellowstone anyone?), free extras (coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, a beach day starter pack, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper). There are 2 beautiful Queen Beds, 1 King and a pullout bed in a common space. The mattresses are brand new and very soft in all bedrooms. There are huge closets in both queen bedrooms. We have a hair dryer, pack n play, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The Lanai is such a peaceful place to grill out with our brand new gas grill, drink some beers from the mini fridge outside or sip on some morning coffee. Keep an eye out on the trees, as we have Mangos in Bananas the guests are welcome to partake from. You might get lucky and see some beautiful birds or a turtle laying their eggs on the bank of the canal. The neighborhood is very calm with lots of kids running around. Please be respectful of the neighbors when staying and only ask us questions, not the neighbors. The Bungalow backs up to a park and there are lots of landscaping on all sides, so it gives you the feel of your own little private oasis.
