Beautiful 3 room apartment near Oberstdorf

The apartment is near Oberstdorf. When you come out of the front door, you are in a few minutes on foot at the beautiful Iller and directly at the village's own train station. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. More information The living room We welcome you to our idyllic home! Our feel-good oasis is located in the cozy little village of Old Towns and you are surrounded by wide meadows and grazing cows within a few minutes' walk. A piece of the perfect world is still preserved here. If you want to get busy again, you have the opportunity to drive to the center of Oberstdorf every half hour from the bus stop just 3 minutes away. Our well-designed 95 sqm apartment, which has been lovingly furnished with Bavarian furniture over the years, does not make it difficult to feel comfortable. There is a separate shower room. Towels and bed linen are of course available. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 kitchen with seating, living room, bath and shower and a balcony. If necessary, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. Then even 7 people can sleep here. In just a few minutes you are on the beautiful Iller. From here you can walk towards Sonthofen or Oberstdorf. In winter you have only 10 minutes to the next ski lift and 2 minutes to the developed cross-country ski run. Bicycles can be rented in fish. Sledges are available! There is also a garage next to the apartment so that you can park comfortably, especially in winter. Boredom does not arise in this environment. In addition to wonderful walks, challenging hikes, water skiing, swimming, fun mountains, snow, ice skating, tobogganing, and much more. Pets are unfortunately not allowed as we have had a lot of bad luck with dogs in the past. Transport Bus stop is 3 minutes away and buses run every half hour in summer and winter. Should something not work, Ms. Mannes lives on the ground floor and always has an ear for her. Or of course you can contact us at any time. Access for guests Dear guests, there are books in the apartment that people like to read. We have also collected many brochures for our guests about the area. There are many DVDs in a cupboard. They can all be seen. We wish you a wonderful stay in our apartment :-) Interaction with guests We are always available by phone. Other important information Our service: we take care of the final cleaning for you - just hand us the apartment swept clean. The spa fees of 1.50 per adult and 0.70 per child are already included in the price.
