Additional guests are not permitted on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests.
• BATHROOM
We have a septic system so it's important that you put NOTHING except toilet paper into the toilet.
• HOT TUB - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub.
• CRITTERS
You will be encompassed in the beauty of the natural desert and might even get to encounter some of the desert's amazing wildlife.
Sometimes, uninvited critters may come to visit. If this should happen, please notify us immediately.
Though we regularly have professional pest control performed on our property, we cannot fully prevent their entry into the home and DO NOT offer refunds for this reason.
