We had a fantastic stay at this home in Heber. The house is located in a newer, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main road through town and convenient drives to nearby attractions.The home itself is very well maintained, extremely clean, and thoughtfully set up for families. The rooms are spacious, there are plenty of beds, and everything felt comfortable and uncluttered. If you’re traveling with young children, the house offers great kid-friendly features that allow them to stay entertained while adults can truly relax.While it’s a bit farther from Park City (about 25 minutes drive), it worked well as a central base for our trip.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a family

We came for The Weeknd for a wedding. Love that it’s so close to local stores. Walmart was 3 minutes away and that’s always a plus when traveling because we always forget things we need. We would stay there again.

Heber home away from home.

Our trip was short in Heber but in our time we got to enjoy all the amenities in the host’s home along with the town. We had an issue at check in and our host hurriedly made sure we were able to get in. We had a wonderful time in the home. It made a great space to bring our friends all together to spend time. Thank you Shelby!

First Stay In Heber a Success

In what appears to be a relatively new and active neighborhood on the edge of Heber with convenient access to the main road thru town and quick access to Sundance if that is of interest. The home is well-maintained and clean. If you have young children 10 and under the home contains features designed to give them things to do in a new surrounding allowing for the adults to have time to themselves and not have to entertain. Not as convenient as we were hoping for Park City and all that it offers but as the area continues to grow and develop Heber appears to be at the center of just about every activity the region offers. Having spent time in the area in both winter and summer we would not hesitate to stay at this home again depending on what we were in Utah to enjoy.

10/10 - Felt like borrowing home from a friend!

This beautiful Heber City home was the perfect place for my family! Our host was so accommodating and responsive, it really did feel as though we were borrowing the home from a friend. The location was amazing!!! For food, within 5 minutes of the home were chains that helped my kids feel comfortable - Dominoes, Starbucks and Walmart, as well as local gems that we enjoyed in the OG Cafe, Bagel Den, and Twisted Sugar. Also amazing for my active family was the climbing wall and sensory swings in the basement and the Rec Center, also just 5 minutes away, with many full courts for open basketball, turf soccer, and walking track for only a few dollars per person. Some highlights of our trip, all within 20 minutes' drive, were hiking Bridal Veil Falls, a hike at Soldier's Hollow overlooking the Heber Valley Railroad, and visiting Heber Valley Artisan Cheese Dairy Farm and Pumpkin Patch. (We also hiked the Moose Loop in Timber Lakes 20 minutes' up the mountain, as we had come to visit family in Timber Lakes, and we were very glad that we opted to stay in town near all of the conveniences and not requiring navigating the mountainous roadways that would have required 4-wheel drive.) Thank you so much Shelby for sharing your gorgeous Heber Valley home with our family!

We're coming back to Heber!

Our first time visiting Utah, and landing in Heber was a gem! The views & scenery throughout the Salt Lake City area & especially as you head up into Heber are incredible! This home was super clean and has a great floor plan that worked well for us. It was a great enjoyment for the whole family.

A Wonderful Stay

We had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks, and I would absolutely stay again. In a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors, and close to all the outdoor adventures we had planned.

Solid property…

Great home! It entertained all the kids really well. There where a couple of issues with ice machine not working and a late check out that made it difficult for them to get the home cleaned all the way. When I asked about it the cleaner came right over and cleaned it. I was disappointed that there wasn’t anything done for the ice maker as we are a bunch of ice and water drinkers and had to buy our own ice… All in all this is a great property and I would definitely stay here again.

Sibling Vacation

Had a great stay, enjoyed the location. It would have helped to have a few more seating options in the living room area as we had 2 handicapped people who couldn’t go down stairs.

Great family house in Heber!

This house was great for my family of 10. There is plenty of bedrooms and bed for us to all stay comfortably. There is a fun theater room and a kids activity room. The grandkids loved the activity room. We brought up a croquet set and played in the back yard. The only thing I would suggest to the homeowners is a few more things for the kitchen like pizza cutter, coffee maker and plastic ware for smaller kids. Shelby was very receptive when we messaged her. Over all a great house and neighborhood.

Great home

The home was clean and close to everything we had plan to do. ATV, wave runners, paddle boarding, parks and recreation center and restaurants. The home was well stocked especially with paper towels and TP and cleaning supplies. Our family would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house has a great layout with large common areas, good sized bedrooms, an amazing theater room plus an exercise and play area. We had a group of all ages and everyone found things to do. Really nice neighbors and nice walking paths in the neighborhood as well. Definitely will come back if we stay in this area! The owners were quick to respond and very easy to work with.

Hi! :) I'm Shelby, I am originally from Utah and am currently living in Texas. My husband and I have lived all over the United States - in Utah, Washington, Texas, Iowa, New Mexico, and Florida. We love the US, but we have also loved every opportunity that we’ve had to experience being outside of the US. So far, for me, this includes Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Iceland, and Costa Rica. Some of my favorite things about traveling are: getting to know people and coming to better understand and appreciate different beliefs and cultures, playing sports (especially soccer), hiking, swimming, going to church in a new country, trying new food, seeing old architecture, and visiting sites/seeing things that hold historic value. If you are staying at a VRBO that I'm hosting I hope you have an amazing stay! And if I am staying with you at your VRBO I just want to say thanks for all the hard work you've put in to making such a nice place to stay.

Guest group sizes anywhere from 6 to 14 are a perfect fit for the home. We can sleep over 14, but please message first to see if it's a good fit for your party.

There are great restaurants to choose from, but in the case you feel like a home-cooked meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials.

You will love relaxing by the cozy indoor fire place upstairs where you can gather to play games with the family or choose to sit back and enjoy a movie in the home theatre, equipped with a surround sound system and an 82" Smart TV.

Your kids will love the open play spaces and fun activities available to them within the home.

The backyard is fenced in, providing you with private outdoor space to enjoy with your group.
Guest access
You will have whole-home and yard access aside from one locked storage area downstairs.

You will have access to six parking spots, including in the garage, in the driveway and directly in front of the home. We ask that you please do not park in front of any of the neighbors homes as a courtesy to them.

This house is in a prime location. You're minutes away from world-class fly-fishing, ATV and mountain biking trails, climbing, golfing, and snowmobile trails. In addition to the three amazing ski resorts listed above, there are another four (Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude) within a 50 minute drive.

The Salt Lake City Airport is a short 50 minute drive.
Downtown Park City is 20 minutes away.
