Welcome to our newly remodeled 3BR/2BA home with modern luxury furnishings, washer/dryer, parkings, business class Internet and wifi 6 coverage perfect setup for work from home or staycation. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Lancaster, walking distance to the BLVD coffee shops, and restaurants, movie theaters, and minutes away from Hwy 14 entrance!

Our 3BR/2BA home is completely remodeled in 2022. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, luxurious modern furnishings, AC, laundry room, smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.

Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is a completely detached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance and fence yard. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis.
