Looking to Just Get Away??? Cute Cottage with Pool. Close to the Beach!

Welcome to Florida! !Everyone who has stayed at my cottage have told me “It is So close to everything!' The beach, the Halifax River, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, etc. The next thing people have said is how private, peaceful and cute. My offering has a covered front porch with two rockers and a little table for your morning coffee or tea. As you enter the front door, you will see the living room and then a small step down leads to both the kitchen and bedroom. and bathroom. Please note: It is a divided home (separate private entrance for owner and guest)
@Owner is readily available for any questions or needs you may have. The pool area has a covered patio for outside meals, and an in ground pool (with a love seat built into the deeper end). Access to private, screened pool. The bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom with tub/shower combo.

PLEASE read house rules re pets and smoking.

*****Also I make the washer and dryer available for my guests in case they run out of clean clothes. One family arrived and began washing 6 loads. This is not intended as a substitute for a laundry mat but only to help you if running out of clean clothes at the end of your stay. Thank you for your understanding

Activities and Attractions: Daytona International Speedway (Coke Zero , Daytona 500, Turkey Rod Run); Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Orlando (all theme parks, Fun Spot Amusement Park (2 in Orlando); St. Augustine (outlets, old city)
Kennedy Space Center, Tampa (Hard Rock Casino, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, Sunken Gardens ), Jacksonville (Zoo, Jacksonville Landing), Victory Casino Cruise (can get great Groupons to save $$) local: jet ski rental, miniature golf, go karts, and of course the beach ) God's gift to us

FYI. If you book my cottage at Christmas you will find it decorated to spend your Holidays in Florida—- 3 miles to the beach. Christmas tree, ornaments and more! You may even find a gift under the tree on Christmas morning!

We have a 21 ft SeaRay and if you want to go out on the St Johns River or Halifax River (maybe even take a short ride into the ocean out of Ponce Inlet), let us know. $275/4 hrs and if you are having a great time any additional time is on Danny It makes for a great vacation memory !
