The detached living quarters include two bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedrooms has queen size beds.

Our 2012 Misty Harbor pontoon boat is also available for rent for a separate charge.

Guest have access to the house on the south side of the street.

The house is part of community of 10 houses or so on a small peninsula called McGinnis Point. This property is located in no-wake cove perfect for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The property is a 2 minute walk from a public boat ramp. The launch fee is $5. The launch area has trailer parking. The property is located on a private road/dead end with very little traffic. It's safe for children to play in the yard without fear of fast moving vehicles. There are several gas stations and a grocery store nearby. Rock B Ranch is about 15 minutes away from our property.

The Trading Post, 1712 Park Rd 36, Graford, TX 76449, is the local grocery store.
