Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached easily on foot within a maximum of 100 m and the nearest beach, Playa de La Caleta, is 500 m or a 7-minute walk from the house.



There are no parking spaces on the narrow street or on the property, but there are several nearby. Private parking spaces are also less than a 5-minute walk away.
