ALLEGHENY SPRINGS #238 - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - BEDDING: 2 Queen Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 6)

SLOPE SIDE -- Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Free Long Distance; Elevators; Fitness Room; Sauna; Outdoor Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Ski Storage lockers/Bike Storage; Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal); Laundry facility on site; General Parking in main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive and Valet Parking is available for an additional per night fee.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Check in was very easy and the Casago staff was very friendly. The unit location was perfect being right off the slope at Ballhooter lift. Yes, the snowblower is right outside the window but we never noticed it (we do sleep with sound machine on at night). The unit had everything we needed.

Perfect location!

The unit was right in the heart of Snowshoe village with balcony overlooking Ballhooter lift. It was exactly as described & very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Location During Ski Season

We had a delightful stay. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The best part is the perfect location. It was easy to walk out to the slopes, the pool and the village. We had great time and will be back for sure.

All you need

We had a great stay Alleghany with Casago. They were great to work with. Yes, the apartment is right near the snow blower, but with a sound machine, it didn’t bother us. Plus, we enjoy people watching during the brief times during the day when we were in the room.

Snow Gun noise

Place was nice however the room is right in front of a snow gun (snow fan) that they turn on at 2:00am in the morning until 7am. So all night you hear the large fun fan blowing snow. I couldn’t sleep the entire time I was there.

Great location and room - terrible hotel staff.

We stayed at the Allegheny Springs hotel through CasaGo. CasaGo was great, the house had awesome views and a great location, and was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. However, our keys that we picked up from CasaGo (at the bottom of the mountain) didn’t work for the parking lot dedicated to our building OR to get into the actual hotel itself; the keys only worked for our specific room. We notified the front desk and CasaGo, both of whom had us reprint our hotel key cards at the front desk and try again at the lot. The new keys also did not work. We had our keys reprinted at least 5 times and the hotel staff had us going to the lot to check, coming back, driving to Mountain Top, all to never have the keys work. Eventually they agreed to have maintenance come open the gate for us, and when I asked what car to look for and what time frame, they could not give an answer and said if they don’t arrive in 30 minutes to come back to the hotel - this was after we had been running around for nearly 3 hours at this point and did not want to wait in the freezing cold any longer. When asked if they would validate our parking via valet or a paid lot, they said no. We ended up parking in a paid lot anyway because we had no where else to go, and CasaGo was great in reimbursing us for this cost. Moral of the story - CasaGo and their house were great. The hotel was completely incompetent and clearly did not care about their guests.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
