Cosy and furnished holiday apartment in the famous Niederdorf of Zurich.



Enjoy your stay in Zurich in this beautiful holiday apartment. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. The apartment also offers a cosy sitting area. The apartment also has a fully equipped cooking area with all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking yourself.



To round off the comfort, the following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, towels, all additional costs and final cleaning.

Note: The holiday apartment is located in the popular Niederdorf. Due to its central location, it may be a little noisy during the day and at night. We recommend that guests sensitive to noise take Ohropax with them.



In and around Niederdorf there are many famous Zurich sights, such as the Fraumünster, Helmhaus, Grossmünster or the town hall of the city. Marvel at the diverse architecture and the combination of modern shops and centuries-old houses. Walk a few minutes up to the polyterrace below the world-famous Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and let yourself be fascinated by the unique view - on good days you can overlook the whole city, see the sun reflected on the lake and in the background the Central Swiss Alps. You can also reach the station on foot in a very short time.

Quick trip to Zurich

Location is right in the heart of Zurich, however it is a bit noisy. First flight up to the elevator is a bit difficult with a big suitcase. The shower pan drained be slowly. It did have most amenities you need for a trip to the city.

Location was amazing, but loud. Temperatures were quite high, so we were unable to close the windows. Check in was 3pm. We did not receive check in instructions until 5:30pm. We waited outside the property for 2 hours.Within our first day, the washing machine broke, spilling water on the bathroom floor, and leaving our clothes half washed, sitting in a basin of water.The issue was not fixable. We were provided some support to wash the clothes (in the apartment next door) in the basin with assurances they would help us if/when we needed another wash done. We attempted contact the office 5 times to wash another load the next day. We did not receive one return response. We used the towels we were provided to clean the water spill and then had no way to wash them.The maintenance individual and housekeeper we met the first day were by far the most apologetic and kind for the inconvenience — the office staff much less so.We are well versed travelers, have spent lengthy stays in Paris, Bordeaux, Amsterdam, and Barcelona. We are also reasonable and understanding when unforeseen circumstances occur, such as a machine breaking. However, this issue along with check in experience were quite frustrating and disappointing for us. We were incredibly underwhelmed by the lack of communication, acknowledgment and follow through to support us in our stay with the office. With all of our stays abroad, this was the most negative experience we have had in the last 5 years.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the delay in sending your check-in instructions. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait outside the property after your journey, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We are also very sorry about the unexpected washing machine malfunction. While technical issues can unfortunately occur without warning, we understand that this disrupted your stay. We appreciate your patience while our maintenance colleague and housekeeper assisted you, and we are glad to hear that they were able to provide support and made you feel cared for. At the same time, we regret that our communication from the office did not meet the standard you reasonably expected. We understand your disappointment, particularly when your follow-up requests regarding the laundry remained unanswered. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will review this internally to improve our responsiveness and communication with our guests. We appreciate your understanding that unforeseen issues can happen, but we also recognize that how they are handled is equally important. Your comments are valuable and will help us improve both our processes and our guest experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
