At the entrance, a spacious terrace facing the sea welcomes you with a table for 6 people and two sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for peaceful breakfasts with sea views and moments of tranquility. The second terrace, at the rear, offers privacy and is equipped with a table for four and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy the sun in total intimacy.

If you wa want a quiet holiday then this is the perfect place

The location is wonderful, the apartment suits all basics and more. We really had a great stay there and would recommend the apartment and the renting company Ideal Property again.

It’s a beautiful house that is within seconds of a beach

The house was very clean and the host was professional and responsive to any queries that we had. Car is recommended to get around but it’s 20min walk from Alcudia center. We had a great stay and can only recommend!

We loved the view and the flat! The chairs around the diningroom table need cuchons. There was no soap for the washing machine.

Ruhig gelegen. Hat alles was man brauch. Einzug der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war etwas zu wenig aus unserer Sicht. Gerne wieder.

Sauberes Haus mit schöner Lage

Die Lage direkt am Wasser und mit Blick auf die Berge ist sehr schön vor allem beim Frühstück oder Abendessen. Ein Nachteil daran ist allerdings, dass wir sehr viele Probleme mit Mücken hatten (leider keine Schutzvorrichtungen am Haus vorhanden) und dass man permanent Sand nach drinnen trägt. Insgesamt hat es uns aber trotzdem gut gefallen und wir hatten zu viert eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus war zudem sehr sauber, als wir angereist sind. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass die Grundausstattung umfangreicher sein sollte. Es gab kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, … und lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, einen Geschirrspültab, ein Geschirrhandtuch usw. Auch der sehr geringe Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war manchmal etwas störend.

Die Lage war optimal. Die Ausstattung war auch gut. Ein Geschirrtuch und Geschirrspültab mehr wäre gut, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Skvělý poměr cena / kvalita

Krásné okolí, pouze mimo sezónu vzhled pláže. 10 minut chůze krásné centrum. Menší vybavenost základními potřebami pro 4 lidi. Pěkná terasa a interiérové posezení.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Viele Ausflugziele in der Nähe. Kann man unbesehen buchen. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche fehlen einige Kleinigkeiten.

Schönes Ferien-Reihenhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit Ausblick auf Berge und Bucht ist sehr idyllisch. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell größerer Orte und Strände in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ansprechend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung könnte in einigen Punkten etwas besser sein. Ideal wäre eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen (Gewürze u. ä.), mehr als ein Geschirrtuch, eine zweite Garnitur Handtücher, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Wenn man nur eine Woche oder ein paar Tage bleibt, möchte man diese Dinge nicht alle vor Ort kaufen müssen, da man sie nicht verbraucht und auch nicht im Flugzeug mit nach Hause nehmen kann.

2 Wochen Rennrad-Ferien auf Mallorca

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Rennrad-Touren. Ausstattungsmässig ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (inklusive Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle). Die Saftpresse funktioniert leider nicht (sie dreht sich zwar, aber hat nicht genug Kraft um Saft zu pressen), der Wasserkocher hat sich einmal ohne Wasser eingeschaltet und ist dann heiss geworden, das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren. Die Pfannen haben einen sehr gewölbten Boden und es funktioniert nicht wirklich gut damit zu braten und es hat nur ein Schneidebrett, sonst ist die Ausstattung tiptop. Um Plastik zu sparen, wäre es natürlich genial, wenn man einen grossen nachfüllbaren Wasserspender in der Wohnung hätte.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche! Die Unterkunft war noch besser, als erwartet. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die LAge so nah am Meer ist einfach ein einzigartiges Erlebnis!
