This luxury 5th floor unit at Beach Colony Resort sleeps up to 6 and is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two well furnished ensuite bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, with a full bath including step in shower, dual vanities and jetted tub with Gulf views. The guest ensuite features 2 full sized beds, a shower/tub combination bath and privacy door to separate these spacious accommodations. All bedrooms have new smart televisions.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture + 65" new smart tv will make for great evening gatherings.

Guest have the option to dine indoors or alfresco on the balcony. Indoor dining furniture features seating for six at the table and three bar stools for quick snacks or conversations with the chef.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. Balcony furniture includes a dining table + two full size lounge chairs with cushions.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some other rentals, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct). This professional service includes two chairs and one umbrella set on the beach for you daily. Additional sets are available to purchase.
Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida on site.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and two (2) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Summer vacation couldnā€™t have come sooner and this was the perfect location! Everything we needed and the chairs and umbrella was the cherry on the top! This will be our #1 spot from here out. Weā€™ve stayed at several locations here in Navarre none have compared. Absolutely lovely.

Perfect condo for our family of 4

The condo was clean and exactly what we needed to enjoy the beach. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. We enjoyed the beach service. We were very comfortable and able to cook a few meals. The beach was amazing, the location near the pier was perfect. We walked miles along the water, played in the surf, soaked up the sun, did yoga on the beach, found a few amazing shells, and then had a easy comfortable condo to go back to at night so we could do the same thing the next day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for my family of 5. I don't have any significant complaints, but I was mildly disappointed that there weren't more than one day's worth of kitchen and bathroom supplies (and actually there were no coffee filters, at all). I think it would go a long way to provide guests with one more roll of papter towels, a couple more rolls of toilet paper, more than one dishwasher detergent pack, a corkscrew, and some pam cooking spray. One more thing of note - when we arrived, I notified management that one of our toilets was running and could not be cut off. it probably needed a new fill valve. Management was initially very responsive, but the last I heard was that they would let me know when the plumber could out and repair. That was on a monday, and I never heard anything after that (we left thursday).

Beautiful Spring Break Trip

Beautiful view from balcony, we were moved to 8B west due to air condition problems in 5E which we were notified before we check in. 8B had the same layout as 5E. The place had more then enough room, It was very clean, the kitchen was supply with everything we needed to cook and bake. Love having the umbrella & chair service plus the beach towels and ice chest bag. It was decorated beautifully. We would highly recommend this place and come back again.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Navarre Beach condo! The unit was spotless upon arrival and perfectly locatedā€”just steps from the beach with amazing views right from the balcony. The easy access to the sand and water made our days super relaxing, and we loved having our morning coffee with that ocean view.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The beds were really comfortable too, which isnā€™t always the case when you travelā€”so we definitely appreciated that!The only small thing we wished was different: it wouldā€™ve been nice to have a few more basic supplies like kitchen cleaning items, a little extra toilet paper and paper towels, and maybe some more laundry detergent. Most other places we've stayed have included those basics, and it wouldā€™ve made things just a bit more convenient.Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay and weā€™d absolutely return. The location and cleanliness really stood out!

Great view but kitchen lacking

View was great from balcony. I had seen other reviews that the kitchen lacked enough eating utensils and as far as pots there were only 2 small pots. Had to cook pasta in small batches. I had hoped that the issue had been resolved before our arrival. Even with that said I would recommend the condo.

Had a great time, second time in Navarre, first time staying at Beach Colony resort. The only issue we found was that the remote for the TV in the living room wouldn't work for turning up the volume, so really couldn't hear it and the master bath shower door didn't close all of the way. Other than that, the condo was greatā˜ŗļø

Great week

Very clean and enjoyed our stay so much. Wish it had chairs that came with the condo we had that with the other places we had stayed in this complex and it made it so nice. The balcony doors are really hard to open and close and made it hard to get in and out. And there were limited pots for cooking, old scratched up pots so I would bring a few next time if we stay here again. But overall great place for the five of us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. The master bed is beautiful but completely impractical for anyone with mobility issues. It is too tall. A step stool would be helpful. I could not get into the bed. We had to move a barstool to use like a ladder. The fantastic patio would benefit from some comfortable lounge chairs for reclining. Furnishings in living area were okay, but not overly comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted nicely and had nice cookwear and plenty of space for food storage. Master bathroom is beautiful but there are no grab bars in shower, bath, or toilet areas. Toilet seemed to not fill quickly enough to be used back to back. Giant jacuzzi tub was wonderful for soaking but difficult to get out of. Laundry facilities are modern and good. All of the emails and texts on arrival day were overkill. We still did not receive the very complicated door code until well after the 4:00 check in. The multiple pre-notices were really unnecessary.

Nice to have a lot of the furnishings of home while staying at the beach. Only issue that we had with the condo was the amount of bugs. Looked like water bugs. Could have been small roaches. Not sure. For the amount of money we paid, we would have expected better. Last review mentioned bugs. I do not think the property manager has done anything about the bugs yet. We had bugs crawling on the counter while we were cooking. Was not the most appealing thing to see near the food. Cleaniness was a 1 because of bugs. Management was a 3 due to them telling me that I would receive a text when the condo was ready. They never did. I would not reccomend this property strictly due to the bugs. Once that is fixed, then I would be able to reccomend to a friend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo building, amenities and the beach were amazing! It was quick access to the beach, which was beautiful and the service providing the shades and chairs was so convenient and nice. I would recommend this facility overall, but not this specific condo. The condo itself (5E) looked nice, but did not turn out to be good quality. The pots and pans were cheap and barely usable (we had pan residue in our eggs every morning due to the poor quality), the refrigerator was old and got so cold that we had seltzer water explode overnight, the sheets were pilling and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were $5 when they were bought and had now been used for about 10 years. There were only two pillows on the bed and two extras in the closet that did not come with sheets, so they were unusable. The bedroom floor is tile and there is no rug, so the sand that inevitably gets into the condo ends up in the bed with you as thereā€™s nowhere to wipe your feet before getting in. The washer and dryer are also outdated. The washer worked but the dryer didnā€™t - luckily we were able to use my parents dryer next door, but if we didnā€™t have family in the condo next to us, we would have been hang drying everything. As I mentioned, my parents had the condo next to us and that one was very, very nice - this one felt like itā€™s owned by a company thatā€™s looking for profit only instead of looking out for guest comfort. Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the condo. The parking pass didnt work for us- someone else parked in our spot the entire week, so unfortunately, we had to park in a spot that wasn't reserved. We did have issues with the AC fan the first day but they fixed it right away. We would definitely return.
