This beautiful holiday apartment is very modern furnished on its 110sqm!The living area is divided into two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180 cm x 210 cm), which is surrounded by two two-sided night tables with reading lights, in one bedroom is a flat screen TV and in the other bedroom is an additional guest toilet, both bedrooms have a patio door to one small and a large terrace which are also used as entrance doors. In front of the bed is always a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, which offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The heart of the apartment is the 45 m² living room and bedroom with integrated kitchenette and comfortable dining area. On the pullout leather couch (2.25m x 1.74m), relax after a day out on the flat screen TV with satellite.TV and TV USB connection ensures entertainment. In the extended state, the couch offers two people a comfortable sleeping space. The open kitchen allows you an extensive self-sufficiency by means of a four-zone cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, as well as numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a kettle to the coffee machine. For common meals take a seat in the attractive dining area!The bathroom has a floor level shower, a hand basin with toilet and Wäscheständer, and a bathroom window and underfloor heating available. The apartment is heated by an oil heater. Let it sit on your furnished garden terrace (which is about 20 m² in size), just go well. In addition, you can use the barbecue area for shared barbecues!
