Thank you for you review and commenting on the beautiful view and cleanliness of our unit. I am sorry to hear that the check in procedure was stressful for you. This is a residential high rise building and not a hotel, therefore providing excellent security. The Entry phone is only a few steps from the door and gives one ample time to enter and take the elevator. Past guests have advised that the check in procedure was easy and very straight forward. Regarding your comment about signs in the unit “What not to do”, there are no do not signs in the unit. There are only a few notations to assist our guests and ensure they have an enjoyable stay, for example, use of air conditioner and heat, location of garbage room and asking to please remove outdoor footwear. We do not offer a separate folder for restaurants, etc. as we supply numerous brochures in the unit from the Kelowna Visitors Centre that provide names of restaurants, wineries, golf and attractions. There are also restaurants across the street from the building. As advised in my instructions to you prior to your arrival, I am always available by telephone, txt or email. I did not hear from you during your stay, however answered all questions you had prior to your arrival. The building is very well managed and a secure complex. As owners, we do our best to provide our guests with a 5-star experience and I am sorry to hear that you felt uneasy during your stay. Our pictures online are also very accurate as to the type of accommodation you are booking.

However, we were happy to work with your family on arrival arrangements and waive the late check-in fee to accommodate your travel schedule. The few reminders provided in the suite are intended simply to help guests navigate building requirements and avoid potential fines. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased you enjoyed your stay.
