Apartment, about 55 m² on the ground floor and attic with friendly and modern facilities and a private terrace. Ceramic flooring or Laminate flooring.
Ground floor: Living room with leather armchairs and TV, a small dining area and a small fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven and a small dishwasher. Modern high quality shower room with toilet. In the attic are a small and a large bedroom, each with a double bed (2 x 2 m and 2 x 1.40 m wide). In the larger bedroom is also a second TV available. The attic is accessible via a relatively steep staircase. When occupied with children, of course, a stair gate is provided free of charge.
Occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children, but 4 adults are possible too.

The "Rosenkate" is a lovingly renovated traditional thatched cottage in the middle of an idyllic rose garden in a quiet village location. In the guest house (non-smoking) two apartments are offered. The garden includes a garden house with sauna (20, - € for 3 hours) and indoor barbecue. Sun loungers and a seat at the garden house are also available, both apartments have their own small terrace. A special feature is the biological swimming pond (without chemical additives), in which one can refresh after the sauna or a sunbath. The swimming pond use is at your own risk and is recommended for children from the age of about 5 years. New is the heated bath tub.

Riepsdorf is located about 15 km from Grömitz and about 10 km from the Baltic Sea Dahme and is kurtaxfreies area!
