Professionally decorated quiet end unit townhome. Spacious unit with multiple decks and firepit. 4 bedrooms with a master suite and jetted bathtub. A total of 3 full bathrooms. View of Mount Yonah and seasonal views of downtown Helen. Short walk to the Chattahoochee river, Veteran's Park, and activities Helen has to offer throughout the year.

Smart TVs available in every room. Comfortable mattresses. Slate pool table. High end washer/dryer available. All new appliances. Keurig coffee maker. Firepit and Weber grill. Electric indoor fireplace.

Please be aware that we only allow a dog as your pet for this property. Absolutely no cats as the owner's are highly allergic. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.


Please Note: We do require guests to sign a separate Rental Agreement if staying at one of our properties.

Excellent Spring Break Stay!

This place was perfect for our short spring break getaway! Easy to get to from downtown, very clean, perfect fenced yard for our small dogs. Super comfortable beds, nice sitting areas, downstairs game room was great! Would certainly stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

Although the hill to the property was a little intimidating, the house was well worth it with amazing views and a perfect setup for our family.

Nice place to stay in Helen for Thanksgiving

Our family rented this Chalet for Thanksgiving, and it was great. It felt like a home away from home, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Will be back

New Year's with the family!

We had a wonderful time!! The home was very warm and cozy with plenty of room for everyone! The game room was definitively a plus!! The beds were very comfortable!! Stephen was awesome!!

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing time! Property is beautiful! So close to town and tubing! Communication was awesome! Downstairs game area was awesome to enjoy with family and to make memories in! We will be back next year!

Very clean and well decorated. The basement with the pool table and video games were great for the teens. Also the hot tub was a nice amenity. Stephen was a great host.

Had a wonderful time!

We had a fabulous time! Such a great town and the condo was great. There was an issue with the condo not being ready at the time of check-in, however the owner was very apologetic and made up for the inconvenience. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect! We had 11 of us and it was comfortable for all. The owners were very friendly and was there when we needed them. Quick to answer with anything! Great walking distance to the Helen tubing!

Excellent Place

Communication with host was excellent. We loved the place. So convenient to anything Helen has to offer. The ONLY negative was very low sitting cars will have to work some magic to not scrape turning into drive. We were in a Volvo S60. We would still stay here again!

Cozy townhome

Loved this home, very spacious and cozy. The basement was turned into a game room which was perfect for the little ones. The owner and manager were quick to respond to any of our questions. This home is situated right in town, without kids it’s walking distance to main st.

Good interior hang out spaces but bring a jeep for the driveway

We enjoy the place overall. There were some very nice recreational activitiesin the basement that entertained our teens and adults. It’s a very steep driveway with drop offs on the edge that were more stressful than I expected they would be. We scraped the bottom of a van and had to coordinate the parking for three vehicles. The side of the driveway definitely needs some fill dirt added. Very steep and it’s on a curve. We could have used more towels in bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom bed did not have clean sheets, so that was a bit awkward/annoying and required linens to be washed on the day I arrived. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Loved the house

The house was very clean. I owned vacation rentals and have discovered my expectations regarding cleanliness are high. The layout of the house is great and accommodated our group of 2 couples and 4 kids perfectly. The owner reached out to me prior to our stay to share any info we may need as well as sharing suggestions on things to do in the area. Very helpful and easy to reach. The driveway is STEEP. I was visiting from the backwood mountain of Western NC not a flat terrain area. My suburban hitch as well as bumper scrubbed on the pavement pretty much every time I pulled in or out of the property. I imagine the driveway may not be useable for some cars. Parking was also very tight between my suburban and the Toyota truck our party had. Not the owners fault of course but the house next door is quite a mess with lots of construction debris and very unkept. We loved the house and would definitely visit again.

Great House and Location

Beautiful house perfect for large family, great spaces to gather and hang out. Owner was extremely open to communications and helpful! Location is perfect, close to downtown and a lot of adventures. Definitely would stay again!

Oktoberfest 2022

VERY clean!! 8 adults fit very comfortably. Could have fit more. Nicely decorated. Accommodations were exactly as described. Basement area fun! One mile walk to festivities in Helen for Oktoberfest. Wear comfortable shoes :) Would definitely stay again and recommend it to my family and friends!!

Great place to stay with lots of space to enjoy famiky

We had a family of 8 and an infant and this house was great for our needs. The family room/game room was fantastic. We were able to enjoy the pool table while others watched TV. Would definitely go back.
