Northwest Tucson View Home w/Spa and Heated Pool, convenient to everything

Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home in Northwest Tucson, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains during the day and the city at night. The house is near the Saguaro National Park, and just minutes from trailheads for Sweetwater Trail and El Camino del Cerra. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this is a great home to escape to and enjoy the private backyard with heated PebbleTec pool and hot tub, while being close to the city for daytime excursions. There is 2800 sq ft of living space, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dinning area and open living room. If you need to work, there is an adjustable desk, large curved monitor and laser printer available for your use. Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood and is a relaxing place to stay. Parties and events are not allowed, and we ask that you respect our home and our neighbors. Any party on the property will incur forfeiture of security deposit.

Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome, but must be kept off the leather sectional to prevent damage to the leather.

The home is decorated with inviting southwest and mid-century furnishings. The large sectional couch offers plenty of seating to view movies on the 85" TV with streaming services. High Speed Internet is provided for streaming and/or for working remotely. The large kitchen is well equipped to whip up a homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy your meal at the kitchen peninsula, the 8 seat dining room table or take it outside to the back patio to take in the views. The patio has a propane grill for barbecues, with a six-seat table and comfortable seating.

Up to six guests are accommodated in the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a television, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large shower, jacuzzi tub, two sinks and separate toilet room. Two bedrooms have queen beds, televisions, and share the common bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and double sinks. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is available to refresh your clothing as needed.

The spa heat is included in the nightly rate, the pool can be heated for an additional fee (see below). Pool towels are provided for guest use as well as pool floats.

Pool Heating
Depending on the time of year, the pool can take an incredible amount of energy to heat.

The pool heating rate is $50 per day to heat the pool to 80 degrees, October - March. During those months, use of the pool cover is needed when not in use in order for the heater to keep up.

During the spring and fall outside these months (Typically April & September), the pool covers may still be needed to keep the pool comfortable, so please use the covers when not swimming.

Pool heat and the pool cover are not needed from May through August. :-)

Please note: The fireplace is not available for use.
