Relax at Boujee Beach in the gated Barrier Dunes community. This 3-story, 1,377 sf townhome is just steps from private beach access—perfect for sun-soaked days, fishing, bonfires, and epic sunsets.

Guests will be required to sign a renter agreement to finalize booking. A security deposit of $300 will be collected in the form of a hold on the credit card used for payment.

Doorbell camera and exterior camera monitor the front door and carport area.

There are 2 flights of stairs in the home that could be physically challenging for some individuals.

Great place to stay! It was clean and had everything you could need. Location was perfect for us-close to one of the pools and the playground and a short walk to the beach. Commnication with the host was quick and easy too.

Amazing beach views. Saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and tons of fish. Crabbing at night was so much fun. Our retriever loved the beach. Clear water for snorkeling and calm seas fot the paddle board. The beach was accesible through three different areas. Nearby beaches short drive away. The house was clean. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. The house had dog bowls and towels (we didnt use but was nice to see). The back porch was great for the dog to dry off after being rinsed. We hope to come back soon.

Fun Family Getaway

Property was clean and well stocked. The location is very close to playground and one of the pools. The beach and the clubhouse pool is a short 5 min walk. Especially loved the well stocked beach gear, bikes, and kitchen.

Good spring break

Nice relaxing week in a nice condo neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. So were bathrooms and laundry room.

Very nice condo

This condo was in great condition and was very well stocked with items needed in the kitchen and for the beach. The owners were very responsive during our stay. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but we will definitely return.

Perfect for a family getaway

Very nice condo and they had all the necessities we needed. It is an end until which is very nice. They have bicycles you can use and all beach equipment you need. We really enjoyed it very clean and they were super responsive answering any questions we had.

Great Babymoon Location!

My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere calm and relaxing for our last little getaway just the two of us before baby, and this was definitely the ticket! The condo/neighborhood/beach/island was very quiet and calm and really helped us decompress a lot faster that previous trips at busier beaches. We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cart were great to be able to use. Both pools in the neighborhood were easily accessible and spotless clean. Even the bathrooms by the pools/beach were clean! All communication from the hosts was efficient and quick. I think we only had a couple questions (nothing was wrong) and she got back to us immediately! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect holiday weekend

We are a family of four (two adults and two kids, ages 5 and 3). This place was perfect for us. The home itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The space was large enough but also not so big that we couldn’t keep tabs on the children. Having stuff for the beach available (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc) was also a huge help. And a washer/dryer was also super useful. The community, though, was what really sold us. There is a playground just up the street, one pool is directly around the corner, and the walk to the beach/clubhouse pool is not far at all. Our kids usually whine when they have to walk anywhere and there was not a single complaint. Being able to bounce back and forth between the beach and pool was a lifesaver and bathrooms at the pool is so great with little ones. For a holiday weekend it was not crowded at all. We went to lunch one day and ordered in dinner another night. We drove for ice cream a couple of times, but there are some walkable places, as well. My only suggestion would be to load up on groceries before you get to the cape since there is really only one small store without much selection. Our hosts were very communicative and we had no issues at all. There were many other kids/families, but even for a couple or a group of adults, it’s quiet and never felt like anyone was on top of you or invading your space. The sunsets were amazing. Smooth and easy from start to finish - can’t wait to come back!!

Owners were very fast in responding to any questions I had before booking. I loved how this home was pet friendly and smelled clean inside. Short walk to the beach with an amazing sunset. I did appreciate the beach wagon to use.

Boujee Beach was a great place to stay on the Cape. We loved the gated community it was located in with easy access to both pools and to the beach. Being able to walk to any of those choices was great. The amenities they provided (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas; etc.) gave us to opportunity to not have to carry all of our own stuff down with us on our trip. The house matched all pictures and descriptions and we enjoyed out Labor Day weekend so much. I had reached out to the owners as well and they gave us great suggestions on spots to eat as well. We would definitely book this place again.

Very nice condo. Had plenty of amenities. Pearlita and Natalie were great to work. They responded quickly and were very helpful. Condo will not disappoint. It has many amenities ie beach chairs, floats, beach towels. In the kitchen many spices were provided. two style coffee maker. Carafe/single serve. Would stay there again.

Perfect Family Location

We loved our stay here! The picture couldn’t do this condo justice. It was beautiful and perfect for our family. Close to the pool and beach access in such a friendly neighborhood. We loved eating on the back deck and watching the fountains in the pond. Definitely will try to stay again!

A Cautionary Tale: Avoid if Possible

I have never left a bad review, but we had a disappointing experience at this vacation rental. Unfortunately, we found ourselves caught in an ongoing dispute between the property owners and the owners in the unit next door, which escalated to the point of involving the police. This created an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere during our stay.Instead of enjoying our time at the property, we were left feeling stressed and anxious due to the ongoing conflict. The situation overshadowed what should have been a relaxing getaway. I wouldn’t recommend this rental if you're looking for a peaceful experience, as we certainly did not get that.

Boujee Beach stay

Great location and excellent roomy and bright property. Near State Park which makes for another interesting way to spend the day. Very close walking distance to the beach (Around a 5 minute walk inside the condominium). Close enough (40 minutes) to Apalachicola for evening dining out but just far enough away from the crowds to make the adjacent beaches a real treat for those who want a quiet vacation. I believe that the fact that the property is only accessible by a somewhat steep staircase should be mentioned in the description. This is a must for mobility limited persons. We will definitely try to schedule next year’s vacation at this same property. Highly recommended!!

Great Family and Pet Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved the short walk to the beach and the fact that we could take our dogs on the beach, as well. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets, bike riding, a fire on the beach, and the gorgeous white sand private beach that felt very secluded. The free bikes were a nice bonus, but we were fortunate to have our own tools on us because there were many things that needed fixing/ maintenance before we could safely ride them. However, the main host, Pearlita, was very attentive to us and our questions. The location was great - a 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the beach and right near St. Joseph Park/peninsula so that we could even ride bikes there. We would definitely come again!

Fall Break Trip

We enjoyed our time at Boujee Beach despite the trip being cut short due to the hurricane. The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family! Great access to beach items and a quick walk to the beach. Pearl was easy to work with and communicative during the process.

Great Hosts!

We stayed at the property for our anniversary and the condo was clean, had everything we needed, and had great beach access. The biggest impression was the communication with Pearl and her ability to help with anything we needed during our stay. I would highly this property!

Barrier Dunes is just steps from the entrance to St. Joseph State Park & its large variety of wildlife, Hiking, Biking, and over 16,000 acres of awesome 'Beachfront' wilderness surrounded on 3 sides by the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joe Bay. Barrier Dunes has a gulf front swimming pool, second heated swimming pool (just around the bend from the Boujee Beach), lighted tennis courts, and a playground. Plus 3 fresh water fishing ponds, boat parking and washing area, pet stations and scenic boardwalks.
From sugar white sands and breathtaking turquois water to kayaking and biking to fishing, horseback riding, bonfires on the beach, and much more Cape San Blas has it all! You can rent bikes, kayaks, and lots more from Scallop Cove, right on the Cape.
