Welcome to Mountain View Retreat, a brand-new cabin in Cherry Log, ideally situated between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. With lots of space to spread out and beautiful mountain views, this charming home offers the perfect secluded getaway for friends and family. Spend the morning on the deck sipping coffee while you gently rock in the porch swing or get comfy on the outdoor sofa. Downstairs, you’ll find a quiet patio with a picnic table, a great spot for an alfresco afternoon snack.

Inside, the open-concept main floor is flooded with light thanks to the large picture windows. Knotty-pine walls and ceilings, as well as a huge stone fireplace, create a rustic feel, yet you’ll lack none of the modern amenities. The chef will love the open, well-equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and everyone can gather together at the adjacent table for mealtime.

At the end of a fun day exploring, there’s lots more fun to be had at home. Entertainment options include six streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, lots of board games, a ping-pong table, card table, and a wet bar downstairs, featuring a handy mini-fridge and microwave – perfect for making some popcorn and snuggling up for a movie. Upstairs, you’ll love getting cozy in front of the gas fireplace on the electric reclining seats. When the sun goes down, head outside to the firepit to roast some marshmallows and admire the mountain sky before drifting off to sleep in one of the four well-appointed bedrooms, each with a king bed. With a space this lovely and private, the only question left is how many extra days you’ll want to book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
