The Baltic resort of Baabe, on the island of Rügen is one of the most beautiful places.

The 45sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential complex. The apartment has two terraces and a small fenced garden with lawn. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette,
a bedroom, a hallway and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can be inhabited with a maximum of four people. The living room with kitchenette and large dining table is equipped with a comfortable seating area with armchair and sofa. The sofa can easily be converted into a double bed. There is a large flat-screen TV and a music system available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a second TV. There are further storage facilities in the large hallway. The apartment is high quality and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is functional and modern equipped. On the terrace located to the Baltic Sea side you will find a sofa and sun loungers.
The apartment also includes an underground parking space for vehicles up to 1.95 meters in height.
