Welcome to this newly renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Ski In/Ski Out Retreat with beautiful mountain views located at The Summit at Silvercreek. Located in Granby Ranch, this unit is steps away from the Kicking Horse Lodge Lift and located near the base of the mountain and main lodge located at Granby Ranch. Granby Ranch offers multiple ski trails, ski rentals and schools for all ages allowing for a perfect family vacation. The Main Lodge offers restaurants, bars and rentals for convenience year-round. In addition to skiing, Granby Ranch offers activities year-round, including but not limited to mountain biking, hiking trails, golfing and fishing. Additional nearby ski slopes include Winter Park and Mary Jane. Our condo is also a short drive to amazing lakes, springs, horseback riding, rafting and tubing. This beautiful condo features amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and access to community perks like a heated pool, sauna and fitness center.

Interior: This large 1071 sq foot 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 2nd floor has a spacious plan with two bedrooms/two bathrooms located on the main floor of the unit with a third bedroom located in the loft. Our deck provides beautiful mountain views. Kitchen boasts granite, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, which includes a full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great time staying at this location! There were a couple minor maintenance issues that were promptly resolved by the owner and communication with them was excellent! It was the perfect snowy getaway! We did not ski but it was right by the slopes on the resort!

Great location, clean condo, helpful hosts

We stayed here for a family vacation with children. The location was great. My daughter accidentally left her stuffed animal that she bought on vacation, and the hosts were kind enough to mail it back to us. We would definitely stay again.

Granby Summit Stay July 2024

Very nice area, great area and cute and cozy,clean place to stay!!! Loved it !! Nice cool breeze blowing in through the windows in the evening and very quiet at night…Close to City Market and gas station and Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake and beautiful scenery all around. Our family had such a great time over the July 3-7 week!!! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay in such a great place!!!

Family Friendly

Nice property that was family friendly for both adults and children. After a few hiccups with maintenance issues the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. Great location for lots of family fun for the week.

Great condo right by ski lift

This condo has such an incredible location for people wanting to hit the slopes at Granby Ranch! The owners are new, but they are very communicative and helpful when needed. I can’t wait to stay at this property again!

Ski friendly

This place is ~100 yards to the Kicking Horse lift at Granby Ranch. Easy to walk with your skis and hop right on, once you have your lift tickets. This was a nice spot to crash after a full day of skiing for two adults and three teens.

Great location and good space

Loved the location and views, and it's truly right next to a ski lift. A little dated, but clean and comfortable. And lots of 'house rules' that made it feel a little less relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Such a great experience! We enjoyed being able to walk to the ski lifts. The beds were very comfortable and I love that they provided plenty of amenities for a family of 6 for 5 days. (I always bring extra tp, trash bags etc. since they usually don’t provide enough.) This condo had more than enough and that is a first! Also, very quick response from the homeowner when we had a few questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with Granby and this condo.

We came for a wedding at Grand Lake so it was about a 20 minute drive. This is a hidden gem for people looking for a smaller place and a slower pace. We were not there during skiing season but the slopes looked very good and this condo is next to the slopes. Mavericks and Midtown Cafe is a must eat place.

Great place!

It was great! After our other reservation was cancelled due to the property being sold, we were lucky this property was available on short notice. It was well represented on the website and was super convenient to local ski areas. I had a momentary freak out moment since I had to work remote a day during our stay when the WiFi password didn't work, but I got a quick response from the owners to let us know of the typo on the instructions given. Would stay there again!

Quick anniversary trip

We were very happy with our stay. It was just two of us but we loved having options for which room and bed we wanted to sleep in. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere, which we liked. Granby itself had a few places to eat and some stores. But some great towns just north and south with lots more options. We didn’t use the kitchen or any other amenities with the property as we spent most of our days out hiking and exploring. If you have the time and don’t mind driving get the timed entry and do trail ridge road from grand lake! We did contact the owner during our stay and it was later in the evening and they got back to us quickly! We would for sure stay here again!!

Updated and perfect location!

This place was great! • It had some new updates, which are really nice, and more to come (that was the only slight ding as there was minor dust, a few appliances off, and supplies still being stored - all of which were so manageable!). • There is a ski lift within walking distance for any age (we had 4 kids aged 6-10). • Communication with the property manager was so easy and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location

This property worked great for us and our golf outing. The location was perfect. As vacationers that use VRBO many times, we usually see a few minor flaws at each property, but they are so easy to overcome. We just notify the owners and keep going. This property was well worth it over the tiny issues that were there. I would easily recommend this property to any travelers to this area. Thank you to the owners for letting us use this condo for our stay.

Mixed blessing

Ski lift at parking lot. Lodge close by. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had every convenience. Wonderful view. This unit was more worn than previous unit in same building. Great natural light, but poor lighting after sunset and we were never able to get the jet tub to work. We don't have workable contact info to reach host.

Great Location! Lots of space!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo was very spacious with plenty of room in the upstairs loft for an extra queen air mattress. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even a crock pot (which was great to have a delicious meal cooking while out skiing!) This condo is super close to the ski lift, literally a short walk through the parking lot. Unfortunately, the ski lift was closed while we were there due to low snow levels, but it was still only like a 1 min drive to the base lodge! Super close! This condo was also right across the street from the pool and hot tub! The condo owner was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had in our trip planning! The owner also provided us with tons of local information to help us with our trip! Would definitely recommend and rent from him again! Thank you!

Perfect mountain getaway! Can't beat the views!

This condo is perfect for a getaway. We had a wedding to attend in Grand Lake and stayed here for a weekend in September. The condo was comfortable and roomy, and the location was stunning, as well as the views from the condo. It's conveniently located near City Market and the town of Granby, yet tucked away in a hidden valley jst below Silver Creek ski area. Coming here in the fall was a treat! The weather was beautiful - - blue skies and crisp fall air. The owner Jeff was super responsive and provided a ton of helpful info in the welcome packet he sent in the mail immediately after we made our reservation. We came up with two small children and they loved the condo, too. It's a great layout, but beware the twisty stairwell to the loft. (Though it wasn't an issue for our 2 and 3 yo.) Lots of coffee filters and a coffee maker in the kitchen, but bring your own coffee! You'll need to bring your own condiments, too, including salt and pepper, if you plan on cooking, which we did. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to cook. (Bring your own cooking spray, too!) A great experience. We would definitely come back. The condo is beautiful, and you can't beat the views!!
