"Hyggelig" comes from Danish and describes a special attitude towards life of the "happiest people in the world".

Translated, "hyggelig" means cozy - in Danish it means much more: the philosophy of life of happiness and well-being, of being with friends, making yourself at home and relaxing.

The Hyggelig House is a place where you feel at home ... live like friends!

You can choose from three individually furnished, closed units: the apartment "Berg" on the 1st Upper floor, 90sqm with large balcony, the apartment "Tal" on the ground floor, 90sqm with direct terrace access and balcony and from July 2018 the new, modern penthouse apartment "Panorama", 60sqm with air conditioning.

Our guests have the Hyggelig house all to themselves!

EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENT "TAL":

Your apartment is of very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail:

- All living rooms are equipped with real wood parquet

- The apartment has two (!) full bedroom with a double bed or a French bed for sweet dreams of up to 4 people

- If desired, in the 25m² living room (NO through room!) In addition, up to 2 comfortable guest beds can be set up (please note that the apartment is suitable for MAXIMUM 4 adults and 2 children)!

- You have a beautiful large living / dining room with large screen flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. And so that you can make yourself comfortable with a glass of tea or red wine, we have also prepared a collection of exciting books, DVDs and magazines

- The state-of-the-art kitchen with full equipment makes every heart beat faster, especially if the dishwasher does the washing up for you ....

... while you take a relaxing bubble bath in the bathtub of your bathroom with daylight

- With the free WiFi connection, you can surf the Internet from any room without any problems

- A parking space and a garage space for car, motorcycle, KiWa are available

- The washing machine and dryer do the laundry for you

- You can sit comfortably wrapped in a blanket on the 8 sqm balcony and watch the sunset ... or enjoy your breakfast,

- Your 30sqm terrace with the adjacent garden is ideal for barbecues or to end the day nicely outdoors

- If required, we will be happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair for your children

"Hyggelig" also means "hilly" - and that suits our Hyggelig house just as well.
The house is very quiet and yet on a hill of Elz. From the skylight you have a picturesque view of the surrounding villages and can even see the famous Limburg Cathedral,

- Limburg an der Lahn with its wonderful historic old town and the famous Limburg Cathedral is only 4 km away,

- You can walk to a variety of shops, public transport links and inviting restaurants, from the snack bar to the good restaurant

- You can visit the nearby park with children's playground, mini golf course and the café "Nussbaum" on a nice 500m walk

- The ICE train station with fast connections to Wiesbaden, Cologne, Frankfurt ... can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
And in z. B. The ICE takes you to Frankfurt Airport in 18 minutes or to the Montabaur Fashion Outlet Center within 8 minutes.
