New DG apartment with balcony, 5 'from the lake, 1 bedroom + sofa bed, 45sqm

Our newly renovated DG apartment in modern style in 2018 offers a cozy, quiet retreat with a covered balcony and mountain view on 45sqm. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a microwave, a dishwasher and much more. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair on request, as we have 2 small children.

From the corridor you can reach the bathroom on the right and a separate cloakroom on the left. Straight ahead you will find the bedroom with a 1. 80m wide box spring bed. Further down the hall you come to the living and dining room with an open, spacious kitchen. Flooded with light through the large window front from the covered balcony, you can really feel comfortable here. In the living room you can also pull out the couch to the sofa bed. In summer there is a rattan seating group on the balcony with space for 4 people.


Bicycles brought can be parked in the shared bike room. Our washing machine is located in the shared laundry room on the ground floor.

If the apartment is not booked immediately before or after, we can also arrange the arrival and departure flexibly.

THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE IS THE TOURIST TAX that we have to pay to the city of Langenargen. For this each guest receives a "Echt Bodensee" card with which you can get discounts at numerous leisure facilities. Public transport in the BODO area can also be used free of charge with the card.

Our apartment is just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. Within 5 minutes you can find a supermarket, butcher and several bakeries. Lake Constance with the waterfront and harbor can be reached in just a few minutes' walk in 500m. A large playground right on the lake is only 650m away. Numerous wonderful restaurants complete the offer in Langenargen. The train station can also be reached quickly.

A underground parking space is included. Some of the other cars can be parked on the street with and without a fee. The train station and boat dock of the Bodensee Schifffahrtsbetriebe can also be reached in a few minutes.
