Centrally located in Boulder County for quick trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Downtown Boulder, and Denver - all top destinations during your visit.

It's a mid-century-inspired lofted space with a kitchenette, fireplace, cable tv, and dining area, perfect for two couples or a family of four. There is a one-bedroom master and en suite and a queen size sofa bed. A luxurious saltwater hot tub is available year-round. A beautiful fenced saltwater pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Sept 30th! There is a fire pit in the garden, too.

Huge windows face west with views of Long's Peak glowing in the sun. Modern amenities make this space unique and greatly contrast your rural mountain setting. A sweet Barn sets the pace. Pella Crossing lakes, walking trails, and art shops in Hygiene Village are two minutes away.

La Casita is the guest apartment for Suarez Wines and Market and Mariposa Farm. During the summer, our Market is open on the weekends, and we bake fresh pastries in the main house, so don't be surprised to wake up to yummy smells from the kitchen and to see farm staff working hard in the barn. Enjoy!

La Casita has a maximum capacity of 4 people. 10% discount for weekly stays. 15% for monthly stays. This is a non-smoking property.

Pets are allowed for a fee of $75 per pet. Max two pets at $150.

Cancellations are Firm: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they've paid! If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund is given. Thank you.

The house and property had everything you can want for an excellent stay. Well appointed kitchen, living room bathroom with a great shower and soaker tub! There are great views of the sunset and sunrise! The entire space is cozy and comfortable for dining and relaxing on the couch in front of the gas fireplace. It is located in perfect proximity to everything you need as well as the mountains for endless opportunities for hiking and drives with amazing views. Definitely will stay again if I’m in the area!

Great place to stay! Loved being surrounded by nature and the little farmers market on the weekend was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was very cozy. The only thing I didn’t like was the planes flying overhead starting at 7am. I guess there is a small airport nearby and they get an early start.

Staying in the casita in early September was perfect timing for the hot tub. Loved that we were so close to the Mountain Fountain in Hygiene for lunch. We took a walk down the quiet road to see the mountain views and see the farm animals nearby. The gardens are beautiful and they held a barn market on the weekend where they offered pastries for breakfast. Charming place!

A very enjoyable week in this modern and well-appointed property. One suggestion: a closet in which to hang clothes. The pool is the wonderful addition to this property, which we had to ourselves each day. The owners were out of town, so the agri-tourism feature was absent for us. It is well positioned for trips to Boulder, Longmont, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect rural hideaway

We loved being close to lots of things to do while at the same time having a home base away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location and loft are beautiful and the pool was a welcome treat.

Comfortable, Relaxing, Beautiful Casita and Surrounding Area!

From booking to check-out, process working with Lisa and Jack was exceptionally smooth and clear! The Casita is located away from the bustle, but close enough that we took advantage of some of the eateries in Boulder and Longmont - and had no problem exploring Estes Park all the way down to Red Rocks. The Casita had everything we needed, was clean, modern, and comfortable. Loved waking up to see the sunrise each morning, and the sun reflecting off the mountains. Views were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again and would be happy to work with owners like Lisa and Jack again!

Fun Farm Stay

We loved our vacation at this lovely farm. Our dog was in heaven! Lisa and Jack were extremely welcoming and friendly! I would recommend this for a couple looking for a nice place to stay outside of Boulder, Lyons and Estes Park. We will be back!

It’s the kind of place that instantly quiets the mind and lifts the spirit.The lodging itself is beautifully designed, blending comfort and elegance effortlessly. The walk-in shower and soaking tub are standouts—luxurious and spa-like. We also loved the shaded saltwater pool and hot tub, which made for the most relaxing afternoons under the Colorado sky.We loved our stay so much, we’re making it a stop again after our time in Idaho and Wyoming—before heading back east. A true sanctuary, La Casita is a place we’ll return to whenever we can.

Perfect Base-camp

We were so happy to find this amazing pool rental to use as a basecamp for all our Denver-Boulder-Estes Park excursions. Everything was wonderful... the pool...the casita....the location.... Beautiful Peaceful Location

We rented this property as we were in town for work for a week. We specifically liked the location because it was out of town and away from all of the hustle and bustle. The property was lovely and charming even in the winter. I assume it’s absolutely beautiful in the summertime. The unit was extremely comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, the hosts were very accommodating with our pets. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through Boulder County.

Beautiful stay

What a place! Clean, peaceful, lovely hot tub and pool. Not to mention the tub and two headed rain shower. Perfect perfect babymoon! The grounds were beautiful and hosts were so kind. Also only 15 minutes into Longmont or Boulder. Complete with baby birds right outside our door! Reasonably priced, but heads up, between Vrbo and site fees, it cost about another 2 nights worth of fees. Certainly worth it, but may be different for shorter stays. Otherwise can’t recommend enough, stay here!

Welcoming, relaxed, and scenic

We had a wonderful stay here! The place is attached to the main house if that isn't clear but it feels private as they allow a lot of personal space for the unit including pool. We ended up wandering around the property quite a bit with our 3 yo who very much enjoyed the tractors and fresh air. While you are out in the country, everything is still relatively close by. It felt like we got to recharge in the country with the convenience of city and nearby hikes. The space itself was very well decorated, appointed, and comfortable. The hosts were extremely inviting and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional Vrbo Stay -- Excellent

Our stay at the Casita exceeded all expectations, and there are three outstanding points that made it truly exceptional. First, Lisa and Jack are wonderful hosts. They were welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality really set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Second, the Casita itself is beautifully appointed and incredibly relaxing. It’s the perfect retreat for a couple, and the walk-in shower is a remarkable feature that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Every detail in the lodging has been thoughtfully considered, making it a cozy and inviting space. Third, the setting is absolutely idyllic. The peaceful, bucolic surroundings, along with access to the refreshing pool and hot tub, created a tranquil escape. On the weekends, the adjoining Market offered delicious empanadas and a range of fresh vegetables, which made the stay even more special. Kudos to Lisa and Jack for creating such a perfect getaway!

4 Star Farm

Can a farm experience be four star? In short, yes! My background: employee of the Ritz Carlton The Suarez Farm is both, refined and relaxing. Top-notch amenities coupled with the oh-so-quiet farm. We’ll, Russell the Rooster may wake you when the sun comes up. Lol. The hospitality was incredible. Small touches like fresh apples on the table and a bottle of San Peligrino in the fridge didn’t go unnoticed or, unappreciated. The pool was crystal clean and a perfect 85* and the hot tub was just-so perfect hot. -Perfect after our long drive in! Location: 10 minutes from Boulder and Longmont where we have family. For us, it was a perfect location. We shall return!! ….and we can’t wait to check out the market when it opens!! I highly recommend this VRBO!
