The house is a 5-minute walk to the community heated pool. Arrowhead Lake is a beautifully maintained gated community with 3 heated outdoor pools, 2 lakes, 4 beaches with playgrounds, boat rental, fishing, tennis courts, basketball courts and kids activities, all within a 5 minute drive from the house.

Arrowhead Lake Community has various amenities that are available for use for all seasons. Arrowhead Lake and North Arrowhead Lake take center stage for outdoor recreation and can be used for boating, fishing and swimming.

Beaches
There are 4 sand beaches including roped off swimming areas. All beaches have ADA-compliant restrooms, picnic tables, charcoal barbeque stands and playgrounds.

Pools
ALCA operates 3 outdoor heated pools that are open seasonally (open weekends and holidays only until June 17, every day after) weather dependent. Choctaw Pool features racing/lap swim lanes and a children's pool. Minisink Pool features a diving board, children's pool and handicap pool lift. Island Pool is a zero-entry (handicap accessible) pool with an aquatic wheelchair available for use. Shaped like an arrow, the Island Pool features a children's wading pool and fountain.

Sports Facilities
Outdoor basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis/pickleball courts. Horseshoe, bocce ball and shuffleboard are also available.

Recreation
Paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and other recreational equipment like bocce balls, horseshoes, and tennis rackets can be rented.

Boat Launches & Docks are available at all beaches and Island Complex. All state fishing and boating regulations must be followed. Gasoline-powered boats prohibited.

Arrowhead Lake & North Arrowhead Lake contain numerous fish species including bass, crappie, sunfish, perch, trout, walleye and pickerel.
