Cozy thatched cottage in Bansin (Heringsdorf) on the sunny island of Usedom

Escape the daily grind and enjoy the fresh sea air in our cosily furnished artist cottage in the country house style with upscale amenities and the associated garden. The house is located in the old village center of the seaside spa Bansin (municipality Heringsdorf), only about 500 m from the train station Bansin. Our country house has on the lower floor a large living room with open kitchen and in the upper area two bedrooms with sleeping places for a total of five people. The cozy thatched cottage offers every guest a relaxing, relaxing time on the sunny island of Usedom.
The cottage has on the lower floor a large, open plan dining and living area with well equipped kitchen, large dining table and other comfortable seating. A side door leads to the garden. The separate bathroom is additionally equipped with a washing machine and dryer. An open staircase leads up to the sleeping area, which is also kept open. On the left side there is a large double bed, on the right side a slightly narrower double bed and a single bed, each with two small bedrooms.
The accommodation is fully equipped. However, if you should have missed something during your stay, please note this in our on-site guestbook or write me personally.
The location in the village of Bansin is ideal as you can escape the tourist bustle of the seaside resort for a while and still be able to reach the beach within ten minutes by bike. The promenade can also be reached with a half-hour walk. We are happy to provide our two bicycles (use at your own risk). The seaside resort Bansin is next Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck to the imperial baths of the island of Usedom and invites you to linger with its beautiful resort architecture and the good Baltic Sea air. In addition to the imperial baths with their beautiful sandy beaches, there are also picturesque lakes and villages to discover in the surrounding countryside.
The UBB (Usedomer Bäderbahn) is as mentioned above only two minutes away on foot. This connects not only the places of the peninsula with each other, but also the island with the mainland. If you arrive by car, the parking lot in front of the house is at your disposal. Supermarkets as well as other shops and restaurants are also within walking distance.
Since it is a lovingly and high quality furnished accommodation in the family estate, it is very important to us that this small piece of jewelry is handled very carefully. In addition, I would like to inform you that we ourselves do not live on Usedom and therefore can not be there in person. But I am at your disposal for any questions.
Please also remember to pay the visitor's tax for your stay independently at the "Haus des Gastes" (Strandpromenade 31) in Bansin or at the vending machines (€ 2.50 for adults / € 1.50 for children over 16 years of age per day ).
