Welcome to this relaxing home by the water for your getaway with private pier.It is perfect for vacations, retreats, meetings, family visits, and BUSINESS travelers.
One level home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two walk-in showers, one bathtub, a breakfast room, and a kitchen, Family room.
The kitchenette is fully stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and tea.
You will have access to the coffee maker, instant pot, Microway washer, and dryer.
Back yard wood fire pit, gas BBQ grill, kayaks, Canoe, crabbing, and fishing.

Very clean… great location for Baltimore attractions and close to Washington DC. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Outdoor area was great. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

The place was perfect for a weekend trip with family. Perfect place if you want to relax and fish on the dock. We enjoyed the fire pit and the proximity to the water.

We discovered little ants in the master bedroom and kitchen. Contacted the owner he came and treated them that day. The sheets, definitely are worn out and need replacing. Need more wash cloths one in our party is allergic to feathers and all the pillows are feather. Might consider latex pillows for those with the same problem. The floors are nice wood, but were a little dirty when we checked inOtherwise it was a Good stay

Relaxing trip

My family and I had a great time! The home is remodeled and well-appointed with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The yard is beautiful with great water views and the fire pit came in handy. The beds are so comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Everything was perfect. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the dock and enjoying the activity on the water. The fish were jumping all around. Saw some horseshoe crabs and possibly a blue crab or two. The house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this location!

Terrific house

Truly enjoyed our stay. We were in the area for our son's graduation from the Naval Academy. It was a bit farther from the Yard than we thought -- especially with event traffic - but it was the perfect oasis for when we needed to have downtime from all the Commission Week activities. Excellent amenities!

Exploration Home base

We enjoyed exploring Baltimore - this was a great location for doing that! Could leave our dog without worry, nice area to walk her upon return. The house is perfect - super clean, suited us nicely with play space for toddler grandson and water view for g’parent coffee time!

Best in Class!

5 stars. John was such a great host. It snowed during our stay, as soon as it stopped, John was there with a snow blower and shovel ensuring we could get in and out. He checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was in great shape with everything working, clean, organized and abundant. Don't hesitate to stay here you WILL be satisfied.

Relax by the lake

This retreat was furbished with everything one might need. The comfort of beds was perfect.We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and grilled on the grill. The grocery was close by car. If we return to this area, this would be first on our list.

Great Place to Stay

We visited our son and fiancé for the week of Christmas and this place had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We want to stay here again on our next trip!

Great place to stay near Baltimore

We had a wonderful stay at this 3 bedroom house and would recommend this location 100%. The owner had great communication and responded very quickly on all questions. Very clean and the location was perfect. House was very clean and perfect for our family trip. This house will not disappoint!

Thanksgiving Holiday

This was a great place to stay. The view of the water, the fire pit on the patio and the dock to fish off of. Easy check in and check out. Was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Great quiet getaway with relaxing water view!

Coming from Las Vegas the weather was such a great relief and we enjoyed our coffee every morning on the outside patio. We love to fish and enjoy water views... We fished off the dock and caught crabs in crab cages every day!! The home was very clean and well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen has modern appliances. We enjoyed the fire pit also. Great for families both young and old. Host was very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Highly recommend!!

Immaculate home with plenty of fun!

The house was fresh and clean with everything needed for a family stay...comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a pier stocked with water toys (kayaks, canoe, etc.). The owner was very kind and responsive. Our family really enjoyed fishing from the pier, playing on the water toys and the kids even forgot about their phones!

Super clean rental

The house is super clean and decorate it and a lovely way that makes it look very crisp and clean. The view from the backyard is nice and the dock is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and even has an electric teapot.

President's Day Weekend

John's waterfront home was the perfect rental for my wife and I over the holiday weekend. Quick and easy travel to everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean, organized and functional. John made the checkin and checkout process simple. One of the few VRBOs available with a king size bed. Peaceful view of the water & boats, even got to see some snow. We would stay here again for our next visit to Maryland.

Place exceed expectations— Great view This is a modernized older home which has it’s own unique charm. everything was clean and in good working condition. The walls and floors have settled over the years though they may not be straight I thought it added character to the home. Highly recommend

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time! We relaxed and enjoyed the patio overlooking the water. It was just what we needed. We spent most of our time outside. My husband fished (catch and release) off of the pier. White perch. Thank you John!

Fantastic!

This was the perfect trip we needed. I wanted a property with a dock for fishing, boating, and water activities. This property had it all. This home was well equipped and clean. Every evening was relaxing sitting outside by the fire or during the day, lunch at the high-top table. The location was nearby local restaurants. The owner, John, was great to work with. He always responded in a timely manner and also provided information on nearby restaurants and good fishing spots. We will definitely look into renting from John again.

Great house and location.

The house was great and stocked with everything you need. Bring a Keurig if you use that style of coffee but there is a regular coffee maker. The owner was great to work with and very responsive throughout the rental process.

Wonderful, peaceful location

My husband and I loved spending time on the dock watching the fish. The clouds reflect beautifully on the still water in the morning. We also loved the back porch of the house where we watched fireflies in the evening. The house was spotlessly clean inside and very comfortable. It didn’t take us long to drive to Annapolis when we wanted to. There are also plenty of places to boat to from the house. I can’t wait to return one day.
