The charming studio in the heart of Basel is ideal for expats and business travellers who are looking for furnished accommodation for a longer period of time in the city on the Rhine.



The cosy studio, named after the famous painter and draughtsman Vincent Van Gogh, offers enough space for four people on 45m2. The studio has a large double bed, a comfortable sofa, a cupboard for storing your personal belongings and a sitting area with dining table and chairs. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils.



The studio is part of a new building built to the latest and most modern standards. Of course, there is a passenger lift. In order to make your stay in Basel as pleasant as possible, the following services are included in the final price: TV, Wi-Fi Internet, additional costs, bed linen, hand and bath towels and final cleaning (for stays shorter than 30 days).



At Rümelinsplatz 1 you will be staying in the heart of Basel and in the immediate vicinity of all sights. The Basel Münster Cathedral and the Mittlere Brücke, the two main landmarks of Basel, are just a few minutes' walk away. You can also explore the old town from here.

The Basel Exhibition Centre, which is 1.5km away from the Rümelinsplatz, and the train station Basel SBB can be reached by tram in a few minutes.

In the vicinity of the studio you will also find the market square, Barfüsserplatz, the banks of the Rhine and various restaurants, shopping facilities and museums.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
