The Space:
Step into a slice of history with our beautifully remodeled Victorian-style house, offering a stress-free getaway near the heart of Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and luxurious bathroom, this charming abode promises a relaxing stay.

Unwind in the living room and catch your favorite movie or show on the 55" 4k Smart TV. The pull-out couch features a comfortable queen-size memory foam mattress, ideal for accommodating additional guests.

KITCHEN
Channel your inner chef in our well-stocked kitchen, complete with an array of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. Start your day with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer for your convenience.

BEDROOM SETUP
BEDROOM 1
Ascend to the upstairs bedroom featuring a plush King-sized mattress adorned with luxury white sheets. Bask in over 300 days of sunshine with a window offering stunning views of majestic Pikes Peak (when the foliage isn't too dense).

BEDROOM 2
Discover tranquility in this bedroom boasting a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in luxurious white linens, a spacious closet, and a window AC unit for your comfort.

BEDROOM 3 / Loft Area
Located upstairs adjacent to bedroom one, this versatile space features four twin beds, perfect for accommodating children. Two trundle beds extend to form four twins. While lacking a door, this room offers convenience and proximity to the upstairs amenities.

BATHROOM
Located on the main level near the kitchen, the bathroom boasts a full-sized bathtub and is equipped with all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. A hairdryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper ensure your comfort and convenience.

BACKYARD
Escape to the fenced-in backyard and fire up the grill for a cookout with friends and family. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the Colorado sky or relax in the hot tub after a day of adventure.

Explore the nearby attractions, including Old Colorado City, Downtown COS, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Broadmoor, and more, all within a short drive.

LEGAL
We are officially registered with the City of Colorado Springs as a short-term rental, ensuring peace of mind that your booking won't be disrupted at the last minute.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house and everything in it! Please make yourself at home.

The keypad deadbolt lock is how you will access our listing. We will message you your unique code on the morning of your arrival for self check-in! Enter your code, hit the check mark, and make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
Our home is so close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and iconic Colorado Springs tourist destinations. We are just a few blocks to Downtown and Old Colorado City, 2 miles from Garden of the Gods, and a quick drive to all the great tourist destinations and sights that the Springs has to offer.

Great places to eat and places to visit are right around the corner. Just a 10 minute walk and you'll find one of our favorite breweries - Cerberus Brewing. They have an awesome outdoor seating area with corn hole, great IPAs, and even better food! Downtown COS (1 mile away/5 min drive) has great food and drinks at Phantom Canyon, Dos Santos, and the Odyssey. For breakfast, you cannot go wrong with Denver Biscuit Co or the 100%-gluten-free menu at Coquettes Bistro and Bakery.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to best visit all the sites in Colorado Springs! Uber and Lyft are also great options. There are also a couple close bus stops if public transportation is preferred.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guest house is just like a neighbor :)

The Vibrant Victorian has central forced-air heating and window unit air conditioners.

If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved)

We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel level and the number of devices in our home.

***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

We are just a quick message away for anything you may need. You will always be able to reach our team with any issues and we are quick to respond through our messaging! Feel free to use the BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub in the backyard!
