The house Godewind is located in the historic center near the newly designed waterfront of the Schmachter lake. The wide, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Our house was completely renovated in 1995 and 2007 and renovated again in 2012.

The apartment consists of a living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a furnished balcony. The apartment is about 68 square meters.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob - stove, microwave, dishwasher, electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course all the necessary dishes, cutlery and glasses.

One bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a pull-out tandem bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

The couch in the living room can be converted into a cozy sleeping place for 2 more people in just a few steps.

From May to October, a beach chair on Binzer Strand is available free of charge.

Free parking and WiFi are also available. You also have a storage space for bicycles.

For a fee: towels and bed linen can be ordered in advance. Washer / dryer available in the house.
