Our lovely condo offers a bright open floor plan with a remodeled kitchen and living room! This home sleeps up to 5 with a decorative electric fireplace and smart TV to relax and spend quality time. Enjoy peaceful morning walks on the beach in this beautiful condo!

The dining room; fully equipped kitchen and living room flow openly for enjoying family time. There are flat screen TVs with Cable & DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and guest bedroom has a twin and full bed. This home is on the first level making it easily accessible to the beach where you can watch the sunrise and sunset everyday! This condo faces Monterey which lets you experience spectacular sunrises.

Equipped with a propane BBQ; the deck makes for perfect evenings enjoying clear skies and the ocean breeze. All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Our lobby has a gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts, souvenirs and great kites!

Nearby amenities include Pickle Ball, basketball, and tennis courts are available for use and we also have sports equipment you can rent out for free at our lobby. We are just a short drive from Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and Pacific Grove which make for great day trips!

Collect seashells, fly a kite, catch a glimpse of sea mammals, and take a dip in the ocean all in one place! Experience the perks of staying in the Pajaro Dunes Resort and vacation like no other.

Comfortable and relaxing

This condo was just as described and even better. The view and access to the ocean was perfect. The property has been well maintained and had enough amenities to prepare meals and enjoy the area.

This is an awesome rental. Beautiful view out to the ocean and the beach access was two doors down.

I will rent there again!!! Very relaxing, staff is outstanding and tranquility is top notch.

Great Beach Location

Very nice two bedroom condo. Right on the beach and can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Would definitely go back.

Peaceful seaside getaway!

Loved this property! So peaceful. Loved the condo with all the amenities possible. So close to Monterey and Santa Cruz for all the fun excursions. Would highly recommend to get away from it all.

Cute, well located

Charming condo steps from the beach. First floor which was nice for our young daughter and elderly parents. Pickleball courts were fantastic!

The carpet in the living room had many stains on it. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets/bedspreads were of poor quality.

Lovely staycation, access to resprt amenities was a plus!

Early arrival meant time to play tennis before our unit was ready. Pajaro dunes is perfect for a private beach experience, and the small convenience store always has what we have forgotten. We had a blast in monterey playing tourist and loved our time back at home base on the beach. One of our favorite getaway spots!

Perfect condo in the dunes!

We loved our long weekend at Pajaro Dunes, playing on the beach, visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and enjoyed the local produce, especially strawberries 🍓 The condo was beautiful inside and out, just steps from the beach and had everything we needed. Our kids didn’t want to leave!

Relaxation

We had a very relaxing couple of days here at the beach. It is so nice to have the water right out the door! The condo is very bright inside with the big windows looking toward the ocean and very comfortable. I will suggest it to my friends.

Quick stay on the coast

Loved the unit. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Furniture seating was very comfortable and relaxing. Unit was spotless in all areas. If you’re heading to Pajaro Dunes I’d highly recommend this unit. If I’m back in the area it would be the one I’ll look for.

Beachfront 2 Bedroom

Shorebirds #69 was a pleasant beach side stay. You could hear the ocean from the bedroom & living room which is what makes a quality ocean stay for me. Mere steps from the beach, plenty of opportunity to go beach combing, which is my favorite activity! More than sufficient kitchen items, paper towels and toilet paper available. Furniture was comfortable and ample. We would definitely stay in #69 again.

Calm and peaceful oasis

We loved our stay. It truly was a very relaxing vacation. The home is very well stocked with tools for cooking ( not a lot of spices outside of salt and pepper). I loved all the clean sponges and well stocked supplies for cleaning and washing dishes. It feels very secluded so we always do a lot of cooking when staying here. We loved the access to the beach- just a few steps away to the stairs that lead us to the beach. My children enjoyed playing on the beach everyday. We also enjoyed walking and running on the beach as well. The grounds at Pajaro Dunes are so well maintained. There were so my beautiful plants and flowers to admire this time around.

Sister time

The reclining chairs don’t work for an older person. One of the screen doors came off on the second day we were there. The maintenance man came and took it and said it was an easy repair and he would bring it back that night or the next day. We didn’t get it back until the 4th day we were there. The toilet by the guest bathroom didn’t flush properly and had to be plunged once. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great to hear you enjoyed some sibling time together at the beach! We'll take a look at the recliners to see what's going on. We're so sorry to hear it took some time to fix the screen doors! As for our plumbing, it is older, complex was built in the 70s so we do have to be careful, but we're glad it was resolved quickly. Thanks for staying and hope we can host another beach vacation for you in the future!
