The Space:

Grab your beach bag and head out the door - the sand is just a one-minute walk away. This ground-up coastal escape blends easy beach days with comfortable, laid-back living, all just steps from the surf, fishing spots, and local shopping.



Living space

Wooden floors run throughout the apartment, and light pours in through the windows, giving the whole space an airy, beachy feel. The living room centers around a large screen smart TV and a comfortable couch made for kicking back after a day in the sun. It connects directly to the kitchen, where a kitchenette table gives you a relaxed spot for meals.



Sleeping arrangements

The first bedroom is set up with two twin beds, a flexible option for friends, family, or solo travelers of any age. The second bedroom offers a queen-size mattress on an extended bed frame for a bit of extra room to stretch out. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the air moving on warm Florida days.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen comes thoughtfully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutting knives, and everyday cooking essentials, along with a microwave and a drip coffee maker - everything you need to put together meals without a grocery run for the basics.



Bathroom

The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo.



Outdoor & extras

Step outside to a patio or balcony and a private backyard space with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - a nice spot to unwind after the beach. A beach essentials kit with towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear is on hand so you can head straight to the water without packing extra gear. A dedicated workspace and private entrance round out the practical touches, with self check-in and a smart lock making arrival simple.



Location

You're a one-minute walk from the beach, with restaurants, the Pier, and Ron Jon's all within easy walking distance. Disney and Universal Studios are about an hour's drive away if you're planning a theme park day. This apartment and complex have been owned and run by the same local family for three generations, who are happy to welcome you to their favorite stretch of Florida coastline.

The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
