LOL! You left a negative review on top of you & Gust leaving the apt in such disgrace that it was a difficult task to get it ready to provide the other guests that was checking in the same day the same experience you received when you check in (a good smelling clean apartment). I have to wonder if you leave your home that nasty; No other guest treated our home the way you did; the place smelled & we had magots growing in our garbage from your filt. Thus, the reason for your poor rating. Hosts beware of these two! You even refused the necessary cleaning that was offered because you had an agenda to keep the place trashy & nasty. No other guest have complained about their experience with us or the check in process because they knew how to operate a keypad. It is not rocket science to do. The only mold that may have been growing on the dish rack, as you claimed, was the nasty mess that you left behind to include the dirty dishes that you use & just put away without cleaning (YUCK!). I literally wanted to cry after I saw how you left our place. Informing you that we use cistern water was the proper thing to do. There was no reason for you to take ltd showers that was your choice & maybe that is something you normally do. Yes, I had to take off the AC remotely because again, you think that you can come into someone's home & not follow their house rules, that was the reason for the text messages. Gust was rude when he called me a b*tch. But like I told you, Mary, God is love! Thank you for staying at Percyvillevi. Be bless!
