Spring Break Relaxation

Our stay at the Beach House was comfortable and relaxing. Location was quiet so it definitely made it more relaxing.Home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as it was posted.Went with my GodNephew who was able to finish assignment that was given to him on last day of University. And I got to do plenty of relaxation.Definitely would look into staying again. Jaclyn the host was very helpful.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Wonderful layout for a fun girls trip. Nice touch to have bathroom makeup towels! Beds were very comfortable and the ease of check in and check out was nice!

Comfortable and Great stay

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! We are regular travelers, and we were very impressed with how comfortable and clean this place was. I would say this apartment is the nicest, best located and most beautiful of all the places we have stayed. It was equipped with everything we needed: Coffee, Water, laundry room, towels, beach chairs, etc...and not only that, the host welcomed us with a gift. Love it! 💖. Jaclyn did a great job communicating & making sure we’re ok. There are many good restaurants just 5 min drive and it is very close to the beach and highway...Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation rental

My family and I visited Port St Lucie during end of December and beginning of January. The 5 of us had an excellent stay in Jaclyn’s rental. The immaculate rental was fully equipped with everything we needed for a confortable stay. We essentially drove to Jenson beach daily ( 30 mins from the rental) and came home and cooked gourmet meals. There was a publix and a couple of restaurants 5 mins from the rental. The rental is half a house. Having said this... the two bedrooms and bathroom were a Very good size. Only thing i would have added was a living room. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jaclyn for opening your home to us.

New, nice, but two problems

This is a new residence. Nice foam bed. Good water pressure. Nice kitchen. No "living area". Be aware that the entry keypad is quite fickle. You must first light up the panel, and then enter the number. If it's not lit, your entry code will not be accepted. I needed someone to come help me gain access. Second problem is that there is no way for you to conveniently adjust the temperature of the unit. There is no thermostat. I had to text the owner, who was able to adjust the temperature by using her iPhone. She claims this is now an industry standard. I've been staying in VRBOs and AirB&Bs for 7 years and have NEVER stayed at a place that did not have a thermostat in my rental space. To me this is a deal breaker. It didn't help that the capacitor of the A/C unit died the evening of my last night. That's not on the owner, that's just bad luck. But it didn't help. I will say that the owner was quite receptive to all these problems, and did come investigate the capacitor issue my last night, and offered me a hotel room, but at 10 pm I didn't think it was worth the effort. If it had a working thermostat for the room, I'd stay there again. But not without. Sorry guys.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the entry keypad. We will make sure to include clearer instructions in our check-in guide to help future guests navigate it more easily. Regarding the thermostat, I appreciate your feedback. While remote temperature control is becoming more common, I see that having direct access to a thermostat is important for many guests. We are looking into options to provide a more convenient solution for temperature control in the unit. I'm sorry for the A/C issue on your last night. It was unfortunate timing, and I appreciate your understanding. I'm glad I could respond and offer assistance with a free night hotel, even though it was late.

Port Saint Lucie is not a very well known city, but it has a lot to offer. The most beautiful beaches are only 15 miles away and we are only a few minutes away from appetizing restaurants. Mets Stadium is just 13 miles & PGA Golf Club is only 12 miles. There are a lot of parks, hiking trails, and plenty to do in the area such as jet-skiing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more.

Enjoy your visit. If you need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach me anytime.
