The home is located just 12 miles from Disney. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, well furnished kitchen, TVs and beyond to ensure an at home feel. The pool has a bathroom steps away. Access to pool/spa heat at an additional cost.

The space
This large 2 story, 7 bedroom private home is located in Solterra Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse, water slide and lazy river.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing). This pool does have a pool fence installed for safety
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 84 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient temperature. Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services you wish you have during your stay

Other Key Items
Private pool/spa heating is available for additional fees (please send inquiry for pricing). We supply a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soaps, laundry soaps, and paper towel as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap with the intent of getting you started. We do not have a large supply of these items in the home for guests as we cannot accurately determine a suitable amount that satisfies all guest sizes and durations of stay. Given that it can be humid we do not stock spices as they tend to be unfavorable after being stored for lengths of time. We leave out one set of towels per sleeping arrangement for the stay, a hand towel in the kitchen at the stove, and a sponge for the kitchen. We don't leave any dish rags out to avoid them ending up in the garbage disposal. The community only allows 5 vehicles per home.
