Welcome to Casa Azul Texoma, a beautifully renovated lakefront home nestled among the trees on the Texas side of Lake Texoma. This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests between the main house and private guest casita.

You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location near Lake Texoma. Get ready to enjoy your stay. The white sand beach is a 5 minute walk following the trail. Our property was made for enjoying a quiet lake stay with spectacular views. Come enjoy getting out of the city and swim, fish, and boat with family and friends.

The nearest grocery store is Brookshire's about 15 minutes away in Pottsboro, TX. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants near. Don't feel like making breakfast? Enjoy the small town USA feeling of Mom's Cafe. Don't feel like cooking after a day at the lake? Enjoy Napoli's Pizza or Bay at the Lake just down the road. Don't worry; we e-mail you all the details you need before arrival.

Special Property Information: Due to the close proximity of the lake, there is an unidentified type of gnat located in this area. Fortunately, they do not bite and are harmless, but they can be a nuisance when there is a large amount of them. We have had a pest inspector out to the property but there is no known insecticide that can be sprayed to deter or eliminate them. They are attracted to moisture and light, so at night they are drawn to the house when the indoor and outdoor lights are on. For this reason, we advise not leaving the outdoor porch or patio lights on unnecessarily and closing the blinds in the living, kitchen, and bedroom to help prevent them from getting into the house.
