Great stay and Location

Great stay and perfect location! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved being close to all the local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Close and Comfortable

Location is perfect for walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Room was clean and comfortable for the hot weather.

Cool Vintage Beach condo

First and foremost, the view is phenomenal. The decor is unique. I felt like everytime I looked around, I noticed another cool picture or feature. The amenities are great. I really enjoyed the pool and private little beach. Nice vrbo stay.

What a wonderful condo and location!!! The view is to die for and the condo is well equipped with plenty of space! The balcony is amazing and really big!! Plenty of space for all to sit and watch the sunsets! The beds and couches are comfortable and the condo was very clean. We had a wonderful stay for the Blue Angels weekend and could walk to Casino Beach and all the restaurants avoiding the car chaos and parking madness of the weekend.

Love the view!

The vintage theme was something different for us, very nostalgic! I will always choose this beach for my family trips. The condo is clean and super comfy! Everything was in working order and my husband was impressed with the huge tv. The host was the best at communicating with me, very kind and accommodating! 5 star host here! Thanks again!

Mothers Birthday Gift

We were located right on the beach with a beautiful view and surrounded by lots of restaurants. We had a wonderful time and my mother really enjoyed herself.

Fabulous!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was super easy to communicate with the hosts. Easy access to the beach or sound side. Gorgeous water views, we watched sunrise in front and sunset in back. We loved our time at this property!

Best at Pensacola Beach!

My family has been going to Pensacola Beach every summer for decades. This is our favorite property by far! Great hosts that were very responsive and so polite! Clean rooms, beautiful decor, smelled nice. Location is fantastic for walking to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Wonderful view off of the balcony, lots of amenities, ample parking. We will definitely be back!

Another great stay at the condo this year!

This was our 2nd stay in the condo and we again had a fabulous stay. Beds are comfy. The pool is awesome! The private beach area behind the condo is always nice! We are normally the only ones out there. Check in/out process is simple. The owners are easy to get in touch with as well. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A+!

Such a cozy place!

It was such a cute and cozy place to stay! It's centrally located to a lot of places on Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, kayaking out to watch the sunset, and enjoyed the pool on the days it was too hot to go far. I highly recommend booking for Blue Angels air show (and definitely recommend staying the whole week!), we enjoyed watching the performances from a different spot every day. Many thanks to Stephanie and David for being such amazing hosts!

Blue Angels Weekend 2024

Lovely unit. Great location. Well stocked (towels, toilet paper, laundry/dish soap, even extra sunglasses!). Living room small, but configured well to still seat several people comfortably. Nice big TV and great sound system. AC worked very well. Hosts very friendly and responsive. We rent for Blues every year and this was the best unit we have rented in past 6 years.

The perfect place to stay!

We loved all the beach decor in the condo! Very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the pool with ocean view was amazing and the perfect spot to eat breakfast. The owners thought of everything from the K-cups down to the the sunburn gel in the bathroom. Communication with them was easy and they were very responsive. We didn't encounter a single issue while we were there. The place is close to all the restaurants. Plenty of parking spots to choose from at the condo, even during the busy Memorial weekend. We loved the private beach area in the back of the property. We want to stay here again!

Exceeded ALL Expectations!!

There are not enough stars to truly describe how Amazing this property & the communication with property managers was!!!! Amazing location, so close to shops & restaurants & bars. We did not use the pool or the beach area on the property, but it was a nice option to have available. Don't hesitate to book your vacation here . . . when i get the chance to return to Pensacola Beach,I will 100% be looking to return to this location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thanks David & Stephanie!!!

Birthday Celebration

I am a native Pensacolian. I have never actually rented a condo on Pensacola Beach. This place was the best. It was so enjoyable & relaxing, I want to rent again for my 60th BD. It is hard for me to relax; this place puts one in the mood to relax and enjoy God's creation. It is walking distance to everything. You have a small private beach, which we were at every day but one. The balcony view is magnificent, which is where we drank our coffee each morning. Beds were comfortable, frig had cold water ready, and beach chair provided. The host was so patience with me while I was trying to get through the parking entrance gate. I love the fact that no one can enter the resort area without a fob. I parked my car the day we arrived and did not drive it again until the day we left. All the pics are taken from the beach (back) balcony exept the Beach Ball. It was taken on the 1st day from the entrance balcony in front of our entrance door.

PERFECT GETAWAY

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our birthdays! The unit was clean, spacious, had an amazing bay front view, Alexa’s in every room, and an amazingly large balcony with chairs to lounge on. We bought breakfast food to cook every morning and the unit had all the spices, sugars, coffee and cream stocked for a complete breakfast. We really enjoyed having a HUGE television with surround sound and cozy couches to lounge on and watch movies after a long day in the sun. The place was also stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, sand toys, goggles and pretty much everything you would ever need for a trip to the beach. We were extremely shocked that this listing was one of the less expensive Vrbos we found! Highly recommend for small family’s, trip with the significant other or small group of friends!!! Walking distance to all the food and bars and shopping as well.

Great location and space

I really loved the place. My issues were the lighting. I was there for a class reunuiin and needed to put on makeup. They have YELLOW lights everywhere and i couldn't put my makeup on in the bathroom or makeup vanity. I had to do it in front of the sliding glass doors. I would hVe thought that that they would have at least put better lighting in the bathrooms and vanity. Also the second bedroom bed sinks in the middle. Also, i could never find anything to tell me how to get the beautiful tv to work. I could have asked David but it was always late when i thought about watching. Why no book of instructions? Overall, i loved the placed and would go back, just bring your own lighting for the bathroom!!

Home away from home(with a beach!!)

Wow!! What a wonderful getaway we had staying at this lovely condo right in the heart of everything. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts are very friendly and so helpful. Anytime we had questions, they had the right answers. The condo is comfortable and set up as if it was our home. We had everything we could need and more. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool on site. We definitely will be back for our next stay in beautiful Pensacola Beach!!
