Adjacent to the living area is a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable box spring bed (160x200 cm). Additionally, a convenient sofa bed is available for extra guests. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower area. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay. The property also allows pets, subject to an additional fee. It's important to note that the building is currently undergoing construction activities, which have been factored into the pricing.
