Great place!

Pool and outdoor area was great for our large group. Plenty of kitchen items and space for everyone to sit and eat. Comfy beds and couch.

Great Family Beach Vacation

We had a great week. When we weren’t at the beach we enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making a meal.

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Beautiful home with all the amenities provided. Easy communication with rental company, which addressed a couple of issues immediately. Easy access to beach, with plenty of chairs, toys etc.

Beautiful home and area

Our family loved the home! Beach was close and beautiful. Our host was great and accommodating. When the propane tank was out, I got a new one and she reimbursed me for it. We spent most of the time in the hot tub and pool and left sun-kissed and relaxed.

Better than expecting!

Is a great property with a great location . Kitchen is equipped with top of the line accessories . Beds were very comfortable . Pool area was the winner . Very clean and the air worked great!

Great location

Short walk to the ocean. Garage has beach chairs, toys, yard games. Fun pool area. Bring your own beach towels but other linens were provided. Fun games. Well stocked. Nice porches. Mostly clean, there were a few missed spots. Nice house in general. We had a few things go wrong but the property manager did reply quickly to get them fixed. The pool needed more attention during the week though if you use it a lot. I think with the hot tub spilling into the pool we made a bacteria problem. Half our party went home with raging ear infections. Can’t predict that though. I recommend having a beachway rentals put an umbrella up early during the busy season. People put up large tent things early and they block large portions of the beach. Those don’t work when the wind isn’t blowing and we had a couple days where out umbrella was clutch.

House ready

The house was not cleaned after last renters, the pool was dirty and the elevator was not working. The host was available to discuss, she brought out linens around 9 pm that night , because nothing had been washed or dried after last renters. Not happy!!!

Beautiful house! The pool area was amazing.

Family beach week! House is lovely! Plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of everything. An ice machine would have been helpful. The garage was stocked with lots of extras for the beach and it’s just a short walk away. Unfortunately you can’t see much of the ocean or sound from the house but you will enjoy a beautiful sunset from the porch. The lot next to the house had a pond sized body of standing water that may have contributed to the insane amount of bug bites. I was disappointed with the lack of response from the property manager. The house had a pretty significant ant problem. Make sure your food is all sealed tightly.

Positives Good location Elevator Private pool Were able to check in early One pack of king sheets only had a king top sheet but Renee bought a new pack promptly Nice indoor furniture and nicely decorated Negatives No dish towels or rags No baking dishes Upstairs queen room no private bathroom. Area needs to be reconfigured Also the toilet did not always flush. The shower door keep coming off the track leaving you holding a very heavy glass door and needing immediate help Queen rooms were small Some of the out door furniture around pool was dirty and in need of cleaning or throwing away Dishwasher needs to be leveled due to rack always comes no out when opened

Bring your own toilet paper!

Overall had a great time here - gorgeous house, awesome location. Loved the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, when we got there - we realized there was no toilet paper in the house, most bathrooms didn’t have hand soap, there was no dishwasher soap, or trash bags. We reached out to the host multiple times before getting a response and they said you were supposed to bring all of these yourself. So if you want to enjoy, please bring: toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap, trash bags… and anything else you might use. There were not blankets (no comforters, no nothing) but they said the last guests had mistakenly gotten rid of these. Also, none of the beds were made and there weren’t instructions for where linens were or anything else - we just found them in a black bag in the laundry room. Again- house itself was amazing. Great outdoor area, so close to the water, awesome rooms etc. If they had taken the extra few dollars and time to make the beds and have what you needed to live there for a few days, it would have been perfect. Oh - bring your own beach towels too

House is Heaven, but the lot next door is Hell.

The house is great obviously, but the lot to the left in your photo is a serious hazard. Its no longer cleared as shown in the photo...nor is it flat. The owners dug a huge hole to install a pool and a well at least 1.5 years ago, but never started building. The hole is now a swamp full of frogs, dirty water, and worst of all, mosquitos. And the lot is vastly overgrown with weeds that were 4 to 5 feet tall. The property manager had no idea about the vacant lot issues until I explained it in detail and sent photos. I found a review from June 2023 that mentioned the large body of water on the lot next door causing bug bites. This indicates someone knew but never did anything about it. If you stay here and the lot has not been cleaned, then buy the large cans of RAID Flying Insect. That's your only hope of not getting eaten alive.
