This central location is the perfect hub for quickly getting to everything on your itinerary!
*Important: Please note that there is ongoing siding construction on the buildings at Sierra Lane. While we expect the work to be managed as smoothly as possible, construction activity during daytime hours may result in occasional and sometimes unpredictable inconveniences, including visible work crews, intermittent noise, limited balcony or patio access, and other minor disruptions. If your group is particularly sensitive to daytime noise (for example, families with infants or light sleepers), we kindly ask that you take this into consideration when planning your stay.*
This contemporary and meticulously maintained condo greets you with an open concept main floor as you make your way past the entrance. Tastefully decorated with a modern style, this unit is complimented with fresh paint, and updated flooring for an upgraded stay away from home. Easily flow from the kitchen to the dining and living room with breathtaking mountain views right from your window. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, you and your guests can take advantage of quiet mornings before coming together for a day of exploring. Enjoy the conveniences of home with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, and more!
Kitchen The kitchen looks so inviting, you may just want to cook during your out-of-town stay. Accented with a stunning backsplash and featuring stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher for easy cleanup, you’ll love the ease this kitchen brings. Plenty of counter space makes serving breakfast a breeze with pull-up chairs, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Want to prepare all your meals at home? Make use of the abundant cupboard space for storage. All you need to worry about is your coffee, food, and spices. We’ll provide the cookware, bakeware, BBQ tools, and cutlery.
Living Room The living room welcomes conversation with its comfortable layout and beautiful nature-inspired views through the large windows. Flick on the gas fireplace for cool evenings or catch up on your favourite Netflix show to unwind at the end of the day. Slip out for a breath of fresh air through the patio door that welcomes you with fresh mountain peaks.
Bedrooms There are 3 generously sized bedrooms with comfortable bedding that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom has a four-piece ensuite with a King bed. The main floor bedroom has a Double bed and the third bedroom has a Double over Queen Bunk bed with a Double sized Trundle bed.
CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - Sierra Lane Saltwater Pool: The pool will operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and will require a fob to access the area. A maximum of 8 people are permitted in the pool area at a time. The pool is not heated.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Family weekend
We were very happy with this rental. The only thing I wish to tell you about is the lack of lighting outside of the unit. It was very dangerous entering and leaving the unit in the dark. Also, the two outside steps seemed to be awkwardly spaced.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Nice time close to Blue Mountains
Spacious, very well redesign and decorated place just across the street of Blue mountains village. It is very good to relax and spend good time with the family. It is a long process to complete the whole booking and check in. As it is paying extra fees we expected Cleanliness should be better as well.
