Perfect cottage for a getaway to historic Savannah, GA.

Minutes away from all that Savannah has to offer. World Class restaurants, Forsyth Park, Haunted Mansions, Haunted Bars, River Street, and don’t forget to order your To Go Beer while you’re walking around and enjoying the beautifully downtown streets. Come for the food, stay for the locals! Queen bed and large leather sofa (queen sleeps 2, sofa sleeps 1, blowup mattress available upon request), Wi-Fi, big shower, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. You will have all you need for a great time in Savannah!

Solomon Park located in back yard. So many great destinations just minutes away! (This home is traditionally called a Carriage house here in Savannah. The cottage is located on the back corner of the property, behind the main house)

Perfect affordable property

Excellent place for a Savannah stay. Short drive/uber to the city center. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, affordable small house in Savannah

I came with my (adult) daughter to see my son graduate from SCAD. Reasonable location, clean, much as it appeared in the listing. David was very responsive to a few needs / questions I had. Recommend!

Perfect place for couples

The house was a cool little space for two. Modern and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the shower had good pressure and temperature. The neighborhood is nice and it’s a very short Uber drive or a comfortable longer walk into the heart of Savannah. We loved our time there and would happily stay here again

Lovely Tiny House

Cleanliness was fantastic. Wonderful overall. Ad stated sleeps 4, queen bed and sofa. Reality is 3 with one on couch. Offered us rental of additional air mattress. Not sure if I misunderstood ad or if it was vague. Could use more utensils. We would def. Stay here again.

Great little place

This spot is an excellent choice for a getaway with your loved one. Although the building is smaller than some might expect, I found the setup to be incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The owner was also fantastic, providing friendly and helpful recommendations and answering all of our questions with ease.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The "Tiny House" was everything it said it would be. We could not be happier with the location and amenities. Everything provided in the house was thoughtful and well placed. Since our son is set to attend SCAD, it will be our first choice go-to place to stay. Pros: Owner was quick to respond and hospitable. The place was spotless, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, the couch was amazing and easy to sleep on. There is unlimited hot water in the roomy shower, a must after a long day of traveling and sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the quiet A/C units that could be temp controlled by room. Cons: 1) The driveway to get to the tiny house had three vehicles in it the duration of our stay. This caused us to trek through the uncut grass, which of course, I found every hole and dip. 2) There is also the rather difficult to traverse stepping stones that are not secure set. These were mentioned in another review, an issue that I thought had been addressed. 3) The rug in the kitchen has death tassels. There are three large tassels on this pretty rug that I tripped on every time I used the sink until I moved it out of the way. 4) The shower floor is slippery, be aware. These cons are not deal breakers by far, but easily addressed.

Perfect space

I needed to cook during my visit and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. The full size fridge and freezer were great and there was ample space to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a cute place!

The property was perfect for us in a really nice area! It was super clean and we had plenty of space for 2. It was located very conveniently to all the attractions and only 25 minutes from Tybee. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. The kitchen was lightly stocked with pots pans and dishes and did have a microwave which was good for the times we ate in. The host was very helpful and gave us suggestions on places to eat and things we should see on our trip! Definitely recommend it! We would stay again.

The cottage was adorable and very comfortable. Great distance to sites in Savannah. Easy to use a ride service. I highly recommend. David is a fabulous host!!

Great Cottage

This cute and very nice new cottage was perfect for our stay in Savannah, it's in a very nice quiet neighborhood and just about 12 minutes to all of the historical homes that we wanted to tour. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros and Cons

My girlfriend and I visited for 2 nights in May 2022. Pros: nice location, felt safe, close to downtown, plush towels, nice water pressure and water temperature, the bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. Cons: no easy walkway to the house (lots of dirt and uneven ground), little instruction regarding the door lock (key was not mentioned; door code was given but with no instruction to use the # sign to enter; multiple locks on the door led to confusion), VERY few kitchen utensils (no spatula, tongs, bowls, salt, pepper), no microwave, the AC unit in the bedroom dripped water into a large puddle on the floor and into the closet on our last night, noticeable stains on the comforter and some pillow cases (which concerned us that they were unwashed), a light switch was covered in grease and dirt, fingerprints on mirrors and appliances, no blinds on front door so it was easy to see into the cottage. Overall, we would give this stay a 2.5/5. The price was not worth the stay, but we hope that it can be spruced up for future guests given its ideal location and nice layout.
