The semi-private community pool is just steps away so the entire family can enjoy a refreshing dip. With ample space for a crowd, Indian Sunsets is the perfect home for families and large groups.

The open-plan main level of the home features plenty of windows which showcase stellar beach and water views, as well as the local flora.

The stylish living room comes replete with comfortable couches, and chairs. Access to an expansive screened-in porch is located off the living room. It features a large hot tub and outdoor seating —including a dining table—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.

The well-appointed kitchen is sure to impress both amateur and seasoned cooks. It features granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances—among them a chef’s grade oven and range—as well as a wine cooler. The dining table with seating for 8 is located adjacent to the kitchen.

There is a separate living area on the second level of the home, which features a small morning kitchen. Here, guests will also find a cozy sunroom, replete with a flatscreen TV, a plush sofa, and chairs.

Access to yet another deck with impressive beach and water views is located off the den. From this deck, guests can access the widows walk—with its unimpeded views of the gulf.

The laundry room and half bath are located on this level behind the kitchen.

The outdoor space on the ground level of the home features covered parking, a fish cleaning station, secondary refrigerator, and an outdoor shower. There is also a full-service elevator which goes from the ground level to both floors of the home.

After a day basking in the sun, guests can get some beauty rest in one of five well-appointed bedrooms.

Primary Suite #1 – Main Level
This is the only bedroom on this floor. It features a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with glass shower, and access to the porch with hot tub.

Primary Suite #2—Second Floor
Comes replete with a king-sized bed, an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with glass shower, and access to the second-floor deck.

Bedroom Three—Second Floor
Ideal for the kids in your group, this bedroom offers two twin beds.

*The Low-Speed Vehicle at the home is not for guest use. However, while the home does not include a Low-Speed Vehicle, the boardwalk to the beach is extra wide and would easily accommodate a properly permitted Low-Speed Vehicle to drive directly onto the beach, a true "one in a million" feature.

* Indian Sunsets offers an indoor elevator that goes from the ground level to the top level. However, this elevator is a bonus amenity and is not a guaranteed feature of the home. Any residential elevator is susceptible to mechanical failure and as such, cannot be guaranteed.
