Holiday home for 6 guests with 50m² in Strande (71663)

The house is located at the end of a dead end. Our apartment is the smaller part of a 1967 semi-detached house, then designed by the architect and grandfather of the owner family as a bungalow and cottage for his children and grandchildren.

In keeping with the architecture, the interior design is predominantly in the style of the 60s, typical are the wooden fixtures, the dark parquet and the panoramic windows. The bedrooms (4-bed room, 1-bed room, sofa bed living room)) have carpet floor. The living and dining room with access to the kitchen opens to the sheltered loggia, which merges directly into the terrace.
The house is surrounded by a 1000qm large garden, which can be used by the holiday guests. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped. From casserole dish to sugar tongs can be found here everything.
In the garage and the adjoining shed are bicycles, a dinghy, a barbecue and much more ready, and there is no lack of various board games, a marble track and garden toys. Parking is possible 50 meters from the house in Haubarg or Fritz-Reuter Weg.

The place

Strande is a small sympathetic Baltic Sea community with about 1500 inhabitants, adjacent to Schilksee and about 20 km from Kiel. In his small harbor are large and small sailing ships, but also fishing boats, where you can buy fresh fish. With the fodder trips can be z. B. to Laboe or Kiel undertake. On both sides of the harbor, the beaches join. A long promenade was recently modernized and leads from the lighthouse Bülk along beaches along the water to the sailing Olympic center Schilksee. Strande and Schilksee are also known among international sailors by the Kieler Woche.

Beach restaurants and a lovingly designed playground invite you to linger.
