Welcome to our Alpen Chalet on Zellberg!
The apartment "Martha" in our Alpen Chalet was completed in January 2017 and offers the perfect vacation home for a maximum of 8 people, with a mixture of tradition and modernity - and a lot of love for detail!

Our high-quality alpine chalet with a modern hut character (approx. 130 m²) is located on the Zillertal high road at the foot of the Zellberg.

You can expect in the apartment "Martha" ...
... 4 wonderful bedrooms with their own TV (all beds are made of stone pine)

... open living room with TV and SONOS Home Sound System (easy control via WiFi),
... a Tyrolean-style dining area with a fully equipped kitchen
... wonderful balcony and a spacious terrace with design grill for summer barbecue fun

The large, fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, egg cooker, plenty of dishes, dish towels and underfloor heating.

There is also a common ski room with ski boot dryer, parking spaces in front of the house, an open garage and free WiFi. Bed linen, towels, electricity and heating are available and included in the price!

Central in the Zillertal, Zell am Ziller presents itself in the "Zillertal Arena" as an eventful holiday resort and a real family paradise.

In the winter... The Zillertal Arena ski area is the largest in the Zillertal and, with 143 kilometers of slopes and 52 modern lifts, the most eventful from early December to Easter.
Our special features: First entry into the Zillertal Arena ski area; Natural toboggan run at 7 km and illuminated until 1:00 am; Arena Coaster - the first Alpine roller coaster; Zell amusement park with artificial ice rink, curling rink, bowling alley and tennis hall; Après-ski right at the valley station and in town; Free ski bus with a valid ski pass; 20 km of winter hiking trails; Steam train of the Zillertalbahn u. V. M.

The free ski bus stops in front of the house and takes you to the surrounding ski areas.

Zillertal Arena - Zell am Ziller: approx. 5 minutes by car (2 km)
Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach: approx. 15 minutes by car (10 km)
Penken & Ahorn - Mayrhofen: approx. 15 minutes by car (10 km)

In summer, the region offers numerous bike tours, especially for families, a great activity program: children's via ferrata, the Arena Coaster, the Arena Skyliner, the spruce castle on the Rosenalm or other leisure activities such as paragliding, rafting, canyoning, etc. - we don't just leave small ones Beat holidaymakers' hearts!
