The semi-detached house is 125 m² in size, extends over two floors, is spacious, stylish and decorated with detail and offers space for max. 6 persons. The open plan living / dining area includes a modern fitted kitchen fully equipped for self-catering.

The cozy living area with LED TV, DVD player and a stereo invites you to relaxing evenings. On the ground floor there is a utility room with washer and dryer and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The three bedrooms on the first floor are with double or Furnished single beds. The spacious bathroom we have equipped for you with a bath, shower, toilet and towel warmer. For our small guests a high chair and a travel cot were ready. The Kapitänshaus is heated by a floor heating, without gas and oil, ecological to low energy standard.

For warm evenings, the furnished terrace with its flowery accents and a lawn invites you to barbecue. Parking is directly at the house. Bicycle rental at the reception.

The initial supply of towels and bed linen is included in the price. A change of linen can be carried out for a fee. Please inform us in time if you would like to make use of this service. The guest card, which you receive upon arrival, entitles you to use the beach free of charge (no tourist tax), the swimming pool (before and after season) and participation in the free sports and entertainment program (high season).
