This fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is perfect for your next getaway. Sitting on a large lot with 150 feet of river frontage, our home boasts a relaxing outdoor space and wide open living area.

LIVING AREAS
The large fully furnished kitchen with an island is the perfect gathering space. Whip up your favorite recipes in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with sparkling quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a table for six. Unwind in the living area, where a sofa, loveseat and an armchair surround a smart TV. A wall of windows fill the space with natural light and offer unobstructed river views.

BEDROOMS & BATH
Enjoy our luxurious, master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom. The master also allows for direct access to the deck via large sliding glass doors. The second and third bedrooms feature queen size beds and are conveniently located near another full bath.
A half bath is located off the living area for easy access.

OUTDOOR AREA
Lounge on the spacious deck, equipped with seating for six. Cook dinner on the gas grill and dine alfresco overlooking the water. Wind down at night relaxing around the fire pit.

The home is conveniently located 300 yards from the Port Andrew boat landing for launch in the Wisconsin River. Tie your boat up at the house for easy river access. Plenty of parking at the house for your boat trailer. Note: Swimming in the Wisconsin River is not advised due to the swift currents. We recommend life jackets while near the shore.

Visit Spring Green (19mi) to see a play at American Players Theatre, visit historic Frank Lloyd Wright's home, Taliesin or visit the unique House on the Rock attraction. The House on the Rock Resort also features 27 holes of championship golf.

Wild Hills Winery is a premier artisanal winery, cidery, farm, and orchard nestled among the rugged beauty of the Driftless region of Wisconsin and is just a short 10 mi drive.

Outdoor lovers can find numerous waterways to canoe or kayak and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. The Pine River Trail in Richland Center is a 14.3-mile trail thatā€™s laid on an abandoned rail bed, and gives riders a chance to enjoy the beauty of 250-foot river bluffs without having to ride over them.

Bring your UTV/ATV to explore the gorgeous countryside. 13 townships in Richland County have opened their roads for use. This allows for many different route options and you can even venture to neighboring counties and towns. Plenty of parking at the house for UTV trailers.

You can also explore the quaint shops and eateries in the surrounding small villages all while enjoying the beautiful rolling hills of the Driftless region.

This sweet little house was just what we wanted for our weekend trip! The beds were VERY comfortable, there was plenty of open space, and the views were spectacular. Itā€™s not really close to anything, however, that was our goal! The host was very communicative and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here! It exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable.

The open concept house has tons of space. Loved the decor! Our favorite moments were on the deck watching the river each morning with our coffee. The property is one min from the Port Andrew boat launch. We kayaked from there to Boscobel.

Holiday motorcycle trip

Property was great and the area has amazing riding for motorcycles. We had one issue the first day with the master bathroom but the owner had someone there to fix it within 15 minutes and it was even a holiday!

The house is well taken care of. The fact that there are barn doors on the main bedroom and 1/2 bath arenā€™t our preference and allow outside light to come into the bedroom at night. Not a problem, per se, but we would prefer standard doors. The house is well taken care of and having access to the garage was a huge bonus.

Love the sunny views from the sunroom. Also enjoyed the gas grill on the deck. Very nicely equipped.Only (slight) suggestion would be to cut down the tall weeds on the edge of the property by the firepit. It really blocks the view of the water then you are at the fire pit and also offers yet another place for the pesky mosquitos :-)Holly was very responsive to all our inquires.

Great central location in the heart of the driftless area. The beds are terrific and we slept very well. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows when needed. The house has a wonderful open floor plan with 2 bathrooms all on the main level. Loved that we could use the garage to load and unload and park the vehicles without a trek into the home. If you do a lot of cooking Iā€™d recommend bringing your own pans. The pots are good but the pans need to be replaced. Another recommendation is to have small waste cans in the bedrooms and check the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers if guests donā€™t bring their own. Overall we would definitely recommend this location for vacation stays. Wonderful host!

Beautiful Place on the River

This place was the perfect spot for our girls trip 2024. We kayaked the Wisconsin River, hiked in Governor Dodge State Park, went to Wild Hills Winery, and shopped in close by Boscobel and Spring Green. Enjoyed the mornings and nights on the deck or in the sunroom. Very clean, updated place.
